The staff is very friendly. We were greeted with a beautiful smile. Itahari has a lot of hotels that aren't clean. This hotel is not one of them. We were late but we could still order food. If you find yourself at Itahari, this is the right place to be.

The hotel rooms were not clean.There were bugs on the bed and the bed sheets were disgusting it had stains all over it. I really don't recommend this hotel in Itahari. The AC went in the middle of night and mosquito's were biting me and my family.There was 13 mosquito's in the bathroom. We asked some of the hotel workers a new bedsheet he's attitude was really bad he got mad and shouted at us. We wanted to leave this hotel in the middle of the night at 3 am .This hotel has zero management and one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed on.
