Exelente Hotel. Not big but wat much comfortable than some big ones.. Very nice services. I like most the girl called Maria works in the reception, super nice, and warm heart. big smile always. Anyway, I feel very comfortable living in this hotel, I am not used to recommend people hotels but this definitely will do. Hopefully you will like it too.

hOTEL 10 ITAJAI, uma das melhores experiências de hospedagem que pude vivenciar. Hotel limpo, aconchegante, preocupação intermitente com meu bem estar, durante hospedagem de 15 dias que tive em Novembro/22. Gratidão aos queridos funcionários: Limpeza: Liliane, Pricila, Leide e Jessica. Cozinha: Juliane, Lu, Ingride, Marcelo, Fabrizio e Naftali e da Recepção: Agatha, Larissa, Rafael e em especial ao JUNIOR que com sua educação, sua eficiência, sua prestatividade em todos os momentos me deixava muito confortável. Parabéns a todos, e minha eterna gratidão por terem feito parte deste momento tão importante de minha vida. Minha única observação, ai para a rede do Hotel 10. Priorizem alguns ítens de necessidades básicas para pessoas ´PCD como eu, exemplo, uma vaga de garagem demarcada, quartos adequados mais próximosma recepção.

Hotel muito top acomodação super limpas aconchegante recepção do hotel muito boa empregados super atenciosos acesso super tranquilo fácil de chegar e sair , então é isso recomendo pois o descanso é bom e perto tbm do parque do Beto carrero .

Boa hospedagem mas o retaurante é muito despreparado. Um hotel enorme com uma cozinha minuscula. Jantar demora muito tempo para ser elaborado e não se observa pressa em servir. Com restaurante com 40% a 50% de ocupação e serviço da cozinha nao dá conta de produzir. Cheguei as 20:45 e fui chamado para pegar a bandeja no balcão às 22:25!!!

Quando fui fazer a reserva do hotel, fiz com antecedência. Devido ao parque do Beto Carrero, muitos hotéis já estavam cheios. Então nos hospedamos no Hotel 10. O quarto é confortável. Entretanto, a localização não é boa. De frente para hotel é a rodovia e atrás é uma empresa que funciona em horário comercial. Quando os caminhões daquela empresa engatam a ré, fica aquele barulho. O café da manhã é razoável. Chegamos tarde e resolvemos jantar no restaurante do hotel. Neste dia, esperamos cerca de 2 horas. O hotel é bem básico.

Hotel muito bom, o restaurante surpreendeu pela qualidade, variedade e alimentação saborosa. Um dos melhores hotéis que me hospedei. A rede está de parabéns . Os apartamentos são aconchegantes, roupa de cama limpa, limpeza ótima. Os atendentes são bem profissionais e nós tratam muito bem.

Café da manhã deixou a desejar era até as 10:00 chegamos 9:30 e já não tinha mais nada direito! Quando chegamos a moça estava repondo garfos e facas sendo que o pão o queijo já estavam no final, o pão fatiado tinha 2 duas fatias o queijo tinha 1 fatia não tinha café!
