3-Star Hotels in Itajai

At first glance, this hotel appears great. It’s newer, the lobby is large and impressive (for a Garden Inn), there’s a restaurant on site. Our room was well appointed but on the smaller side. Customer service needs improvement: our safe did not work and it did not get fixed despite our request; I asked reception for help with a taxi and was told to get an Uber; I asked for a receipt when I checked out and was told they could not print one and one would be emailed. That did not happen. No points were posted to my account.

Excelente! Ficamos por 2 dias no hotel. O hotel é bem localizado, de fácil acesso por Uber. São ótimas as instalações, o café da manhã é muito farto. No quarto, a cama é excelente, ar condicionado bom, tudo muito limpo e serviço de quarto excelente. Recomendo muito.

I would return thousand times, in addition to a great location, a good coffee, a good service and pro value that was paid a great room, I found bed only a little uncomfortable , but it doesn't catch in anything! super recommendation

The perfect location, near everything and with a view to take away the breath! The attention of everyone was very requested, Henri from the reception and Natalia camerine made me feel at home. All of them are congratulated, it was worth staying in the Brava World. I'll come back more times, I'll take the black Friday!
