No cleanliness,conjusted rooms,even basic items like bucket and mug,soap were not provided.Tv set top box was not recharged.Horrible experience.

The property is mismanaged, with poor infrastructure and no WiFi as promised.
Pkus the free breakfast not there ar kitchen does not open before 8.30-9 am and the food brought from outside for breakfast was pathetic and unhygienic .
The guy at Reception promised a bill/invoice, none was received even after 48 hours.
Onmy saving grace that the dinner prepare was tasty but delivered without cutlery.
No water bottle or glass for drinking water kept in room.
Overall not recommended at all

Very good in maintaining the room, every thing is right except some foul smell in the room, if they maintain without bad smell then the stay would be the best stay in itarsi, the management is very cooperative and i am happy with that stay
