Dinner and breakfast were all delicious. The chef's technique and sense of presentation are amazing! I was full from the side dishes of the Sakura shrimp rice at dinner, so I had them make it into rice balls and ate it in the middle of the night. However... although everyone praises the rice highly, to me it was just average ^^; We use Tsuyahime rice from Yamagata ❕ The dressing for the breakfast salad was really tasty, so I'll definitely go back ^^v It can't be helped since it's built on a slope, but there were a lot of stairs, which was a bit tiring~ The foreign girl in charge was very friendly and I was happy that she asked me "Would you like water?" towards the end of breakfast.
