Wellness Forest Ito - Kyoritsu Resort

Our family of six shared a room. The room consisted of two bedrooms and a tatami room where we slept on futons. However, the living room was unnecessarily spacious, and I think 30 tatami mats was more than enough. The kitchen was fully equipped and had basic tableware. There was a bath in the room, but there was also a large hot spring bath in a separate building where you could take a leisurely bath. Dinner was a buffet with two start times to choose from, but the start time was a long line, so I think it would be better to go later so you can eat at your own pace. Breakfast is not very busy, so it's fine to do it at your own convenience. My complaint about this stay was that there was no information about the parking lot when we arrived by car. We were made to line up for over 10 minutes without any notice, and in the end we were shown to a completely different parking lot about 500 meters away. What's more, they didn't even lend us an umbrella, which was very irritating. I don't think I'll be using this again, so I'm writing this down.

We stayed as a family of four, including two small children. There were no parking spaces available in the hotel, so we went to the second parking lot, about a 7-minute walk away. When we checked in, dinner time was automatically set to 8:00 because it was "busy." The kids started complaining about being hungry around 7:00, but after negotiating, we were able to eat from around 7:30. However, the reservation schedule was already printed, and it seems that the meal time was decided before check-in. I was disappointed that they couldn't decide the time based on their age.

お正月家族旅行で利用しました。ワンチャンが居るのでペット可のお部屋に宿泊しました。 連泊です。 ドーミーインは凄く良くて地方でも利用していたので期待していましたが、最悪。 部屋は汚い、カーテン、ソファはボロボロ…トイレは公衆トイレ並みの匂い。 そして何より夕食のバイキングがマズイ！ 2日目は食べたくないので、伊東の焼肉屋さんに行きました。 連泊で部屋の掃除をたのんでも忘れていて、タオルや作務衣、ゴミの回収を頼んだらフロントに持ってこい。。 渋々取りに来ましたが、サービスが悪すぎる。 大人4人５歳1人で25万も払ってこのクオリティ 2度と泊まりません。。

ホテルの客室というより専有面積の広いマンションの一室です。竣工されてから30年ほどが経過しているためよく見るとあちこちガタがきています。部屋のクロスも剥がれているのをガムテープで補修していたり。それでもスタッフの接客はハード面のマイナスをカバーしようとがんばってくれていて好感が持てました。 食事は決してまずくはないけど、おかわりして食べたいかと聞かれると、それはちょっと遠慮しときますね…というレベル。別邸？のほうのレストラン会場でしたが、ドリンクコーナーのあたりが生ゴミとも消毒液とも違う悪臭が漂っていたのが気になりました。 マンション住みの人なら日常の延長のようで旅行気分になりにくいと思いますが、学生グループや三世代ファミリーにはオススメだと思います。 部屋はあんなに広いのにトイレ内の洗面台がじゃまで、便座に座ると窮屈なのが不思議な設計でした。

ビックスイートルームを大人3名で使用しました。言うまでもなく、広すぎる空間でした。今回はキッチンを使用することはなかったですが、もし使用される場合は、キッチン用具の備付は無いので、全て持込が必要と思います。部屋に備付けの風呂は十分大きいので、これで十分ですが、施設の温泉大浴場、露天風呂も大変気持ちが良いです。平日利用出したが、
