"The owner of the Rukan is one of the most welcoming and friendly people. He greets guests, tells them about all the nuances of living in the Rukan, interesting places in the city and beyond. He speaks excellent English. And he even helped us solve a small issue with our luggage. I highly recommend visiting."

"The sea view is amazing, and the room is very spacious. They provide everything you could possibly need, even makeup remover and facial cleanser. The hotel has a buffet, which costs about 350 RMB per person, but I opted to buy food from a nearby convenience store instead. Since the hotel is located on a hill, you can use DiDi International for rides. I walked to the convenience store, which was quite a long way, so I took a taxi back. The hotel also has a swimming pool and other amenities."

"It's about an 8-10 minute walk from Ito JR. The lighting along the road is not sufficient, so avoid going out alone at night. But there is an Aeon supermarket 5 minutes away, which is quite convenient I happened to try a restaurant nearby called ”Shou Da An”, which has a strong traditional flavor and tastes great. I highly recommend it! The room is spacious enough and has a private bath, but the temperature is not very hot, which is worth noting."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, and I have to give it a huge thumbs up! First off, the location is great; it's a maximum five-minute walk from Ito Station, which is a big plus when you're dragging luggage. Secondly, its position right across the road from the sea means you'll want to get a higher floor for amazing views. Sitting by the window, sipping tea, and enjoying the ocean scenery—you could do it all day long. Thirdly, regarding the room itself, I initially thought it would be tiny given the square footage, but it was actually very comfortable for two people. Every detail in the room was thoughtfully designed, making it feel incredibly cozy. Ending each day with a relaxing soak in the hot spring before bed was pure bliss. Most importantly, even though the hotel is older, it's incredibly, incredibly clean and tidy. The staff members are all quite elderly, but their dedication to their work is truly admirable. I'm already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Izu!"

"After returning from Japan, I felt that this was the hotel I stayed in the most satisfying way. The hotel doesn't have many rooms, so it's never crowded. There are about five or six onsen (hot spring) rooms, which lock and light up when guests enter, making them like private baths. We booked a twin room, which wasn't very large, but had everything we needed. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with a bus stop just a few hundred meters away. There's also a convenience store nearby. I'd like to praise the hotel's breakfast and dinner the most. The staff will discuss meal times with you and prepare them in advance. They were delicious and exquisite. Breakfast included freshly grilled flounder, and dinner was a kaiseki meal. We booked two nights, and each meal was different, which was a real surprise. This hotel's blind box promotion was a huge success!"

"Although there were multiple communications with the hotel regarding dining arrangements due to an issue with the intermediary agent, the overall performance of the hotel was truly delightful. From the station pick-up to the front desk, and from the hot springs to breakfast and dinner, everything was professional and thoughtful. If you want to experience an authentic Japanese feel, this is undoubtedly the best choice in Ito. If I return to Ito, I will definitely choose to stay here again."

"When checking in, there were staff waiting at the door before the car was parked. There were six rooms in total. The public area was not big, mainly in the room. One parking and two meals were not a sham. The water quality and temperature of the two private hot springs outdoor and indoor were impeccable. It was about ten minutes by car from Mount Omuro. All the staff were friendly and attentive. When leaving the hotel, the staff saw me off until the car turned out and no one was around. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay."

"The hotel is near Ito Station, just a ten-minute walk away, but it's recommended to take a taxi or time the hourly bus. The Japanese-style rooms are spacious, and sleeping on tatami mats and wearing yukatas is a delight! There's a shop on site where you can buy souvenirs and a variety of drinks, especially beer. The hot springs are located in two main areas: the large area and the small area. Both feature two different temperature pools and open-air baths, with the large area boasting even higher-temperature, high-pressure jets! The breakfast is another highlight: it's incredibly rich and unique! It's not a buffet, but rather a set menu for each person, so don't be late..."

"Very satisfied, the service is warm, this is the most spacious room we have stayed in Japan, soak in the hot spring every day and fall asleep warmly. Breakfast was delivered to the room and it was very rich. It is also very close to Ito Station, just a five-minute walk away.
