"The hotel is grand and has great facilities. We loved the indoor pool and we chose it because we loved that it is a beachfront hotel. The room is spacious and clean. And complete toiletries were provided. We just hope that they learn further english and offer tours proactively."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was warm and friendly, making it one of the best experiences during my trip.
When the weather was nice, visiting the nearby beach was a real treat — very convenient and enjoyable.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options and everything tasting great.
My room was clean and comfortable, and I stayed on the 8th floor, where the view was beautiful.
The only downside is that the hotel is located a bit far from the city center. Without a rental car, getting around by public transportation can be quite time-consuming.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel!"

個室な上、もともとツインを一人部屋にしてくれてた影響か広めでしたし、冷房、tv、デスクもルームにありました。
駐車場がわからず、(共同の敷地を各お店がブロッキングしてる感じだが、立て札などがない)電話したところ、契約書もGoogleMAPの番号も「現在使われていません」のアナウンス。しかたないのでいったん停めて宿に伺ったところ「俺、オーナーじゃないから」と、質問に対して返答が噛み合わず。駐車場を確認するも「まずいなーまずい。」と不快にする言動ばかりで先に進まないので、下に降りて場所指示してください。とこちらから言わないと進まない状態。
オーナー不在で御家族の方が対応されたようですが、不在時の対応の教育はお願いします。あとは、フロントデスク分かりやすくして欲しいです。
