Horrible experience. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm, our room wasn't ready until 4pm. Major safety hazard with wet stairs and no warnings or signs from staff. No elevators or help with luggage offered. Extremely loud construction in the lot right under our room window.

If you do boutique and unique places like I do...then you will LOVE this place. First do not let the location turn you off...its a bit far from the tourist places but staying here is well worth it. A taxi to all the sites was around 20 Euro...inexpensive as far as i'm concerned. Wonderful and charming..exactly what you would want from a place in Paris. Comfortably furnished with a very comfortable bed and warm soft linen. We stayed in the Maison du jardin - Les Chartrains room and it was AMAZING. Tons of space with two beds...plenty of room to comfortably accommodate two couples or 4 people. Space to cook if you want...or hang out in the living area and just relax. The two garden spaces are amazing and offer wonderful picture opportunities. I have a handful of places that I recommend to anyone and everyone I know...this is now one of those places. This place is truly a bargain for the price. I highly recommend you stay here on your first or fiftieth or any trip in between to Paris. Fantastic experience.

THE WORST !!!! BEWARE AND AVOID !!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THE WORST PLACE EVER. The owner should stop doing business for the sake of travellers. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT Disgusting, dirty, dusty, lots of bugs. And the careless and greedy owner refused to do anything about it. The bathroom was in bad shape, the water didn't flow, and it was DANGEROUSLY electrocuting! The location is far out, and inconvenient.

J'ai réservé une chambre pendant les JO de Paris un an à l'avance. Je les ai contactés un mois avant le séjour pour confirmer les conditions d'annulation. Ils ont confirmé que la réservation pouvait être annulée avec un préavis de 10 jours et une pénalité de 10 %. Finalement, nous avons dû annuler notre réservation et maintenant ils disent que la réservation ne peut pas être annulée, qu'ils ne nous rembourseront rien et qu'ils ont conservé notre caution de plus de 500 euros. Nous avons été arnaqués et les gens devraient le savoir.

Aussergewöhnliches, kleines und sehr charmantes Hotel etwas ausserhalb von Paris. Der grosse Garten und die angenehme Ruhe machen diesen Ort zu einer kleinen Oase. Der Weg in das Stadtzentrum dauert weniger als eine halbe Stunde (7 Min. zu Fuss, Rest mit der Metro). Der Service ist ausserordentlich freundlich und persönlich. Ich kann es sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.
