Hotel to absolutely avoid!!! We paid for a suite... As soon as we arrived (minimalist welcome without any information about the hotel) we were given the keys to a room but to our surprise it was a triple room. So since the price is not the same we decide to ask for the suite we had paid for. At reception they try to explain to us or would I rather say “talk” that it’s the same one or the other but that they were still going to give us the one we saw in “the photos” (i.e. the sequel) since when has it been the same?? still happy that it's NOT the same as long as the price is not the same.. From there we settle in and go to a concert in the evening and coming back at around 2am we go to bed in the suite " room 707” and there!!! we see lots of bed bugs of all sizes. so it wasn't yesterday!!!! Scandalized we go down to see the reception and they give us 2 double rooms (because yes the receptionist was wrong when we went to warn of the situation and gave us a double room for 3). Rooms with nauseating odors, (floor 3 and 7) clogged sink, and not great. Like the entire hotel which has absolutely not maintained, sockets, carpet, wall, shower, broken toilet bowl, suspicious stains.... In short, we all took a shower in fear of having bedbugs on us and had to look at all our belongings, our bags, etc. one by one. after all that we decide to change our train tickets earlier and leave at 4 a.m. from the establishment we no longer trust. According to the receptionist, the hotel had to call us back during the day for a refund because it really spoiled our stay. Before leaving the receptionist took the photos we had taken of the room to prove the presence of bedbugs. 5 days later, No news…. We decide to relaunch them and be amazed!!! We are told that there is nothing at all, that they checked, that there was nothing and that we even disturbed them!!! But I'm dreaming! No compensation! Bad faith! Fabulousness on our account!? But how do we treat customers!? Run away !!! Really flee this hotel, it will save you from cold sweats and money thrown into the air!!!
