Замечательный ресторан, новые ощущения, уникальная архитектура, особенно понравился персонал кафе, красивые деревянные рыбы, качественный сервиз, лучшее ценообразование на свете, антураж и добрейший персонал :) и всё это здесь в Изборске !

Посетили данную гостиницу в начале июня. Из положительного: - удобное местоположение - приветливый персонал - относительно чисто Из отрицательного: - нерабочие пульты от телевизора и приставки (обращение за помощью результатов не дало) - при t воздуха +27 для того чтобы включить вентилятор нужно выключить телевизор(другой розетки нет) - ресторан не работал, завтрак выдали в контейнере замотанном в черный пакет и все внутри было замороженным: сосиски, блины, яйцо?!? - смеситель в душевой кабине не "смешивает" воду ,а подаёт ее по очереди - то кипяток, то холодную - результат - ожог. Но апофеоз - разговор с хозяйкой или управляющей- она не представилась- агрессия и оскорбления. Правда в результате переселили в нормальный номер. Но благодарить за это не хочется.

Перед переходом границы идеальное место для отдыха + можно сходить на крепость погулять! Сам отель очень тематичный, все сделано с душой. Отличный ресторан с приятным персоналом и вкусной едой. Вернемся!

После длительной экскурсии по крепости зашли перекусить в ресторацию данного комплекса. Не повезло… В это время в гостиничном комплексе был «пионерский» заезд и около 50 человек детей, практически предоставленных сами себе, с шумом и беготней составили нам компанию за ужином. Группа была из Москвы, но тут ничего личного, поскольку мы сами из Москвы, а дети на то и дети, чтобы выплескать энергию и пошуметь. Хотелось бы порекомендовать администрации комплекса взять на заметку, что для комфортного отдыха гостей за обедом/ужином стоит все же не располагать столики впритык, а расположить их все же на некотором расстоянии друг от друга, тем более, что площадка позволяет, в особенности в летний период. Что касается меню, оно скромное. Многих заявленных блюд нет в наличии. Кухня не справляется. Официантка также одна, также не успевает, но старается.

Находились в номере стандарт. Цена - 4200 за ночь. В номере душно, хотя есть вентилятор, но это не выход. Многое за отдельную плату: халат, смена белья, тапки и др. Матрас на кровати уже просто прилежанием до невозможности, такое ощущение, что спишь ногами к верху. Больше всего поразили наличие блох в постели. Конечно, мы бы не заметили, если бы они не выскочили в темноте на экран смартфона. Итог: покусанные ноги. Персонал очень вежливый. Кухня дорогая, и часто многого нет, того, что заявлено в меню.

Отель с пешей доступности до крепости и основных музеев. Удобная парковка. Персонал приветливый, стараются помочь всем, чем могут. Душно немного в номере. было бы хорошо иметь кондиционер. Окно номера было на дорогу, движение хоть и малое, но досаждает шумом. жарко и открытое окно не добавляет прохлады. Холодильника в номере нет, даже пустого. Было бы удобно что-то положить туда на ночь и на день из продуктов (даже детское питание или что-то индивидуальное, что кушает постоялец и не может купить в ресторане). В нашем номере была какая-то проблема с унитазом, текла вода и ночью это слышно, мешает спать. перекрыли воду, вопрос решился ))) но лучше бы персоналу проверять номер перед заселением. Что хорошо, так это чистота в номере, видно, что стараются прибрать получше. телевизор работает плохо, интернет в отеле слабый. В ресторане очень красиво, удобно, вкусно, хотелось бы чуть пониже цены на питание.
