Часто бываю в Ижевске по работе. Постоянно останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Однако сервис в последнее время сильно просел. Случай 1. Не провели уборку в номере. Сказали, что надо просить. Случай 2. Заказал завтрак к 7:00, но не приготовили. Сказали, что повар опаздывает. Случай 3. Оставил ключ, попросил прибраться и принести шампунь, но снова не сделали. Случай 4. Попросил отчетные документы за 3 дня до выезда. Но! При выезде сильно удивились. Сказали, что я ничего не просил. Вот и думаю, приезжать ли снова?
