My husband is Turkish and I am English, we have been to this hotel four times over nine years and always received a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel has excellent customer service from booking, arriving and departing and we find the staff to be exceptionally courteous and hard working. The hotel is perfectly located with ease of access to transportation, sea front and the market. Overall facilities, bedrooms and communal areas are kept pristine and are very comfortable, decor is warm and welcoming. Breakfast choices are fantastically fresh with lots to choose room.

We, a family of 4, stayed 6 nights at Movenpick, in early Sept. 2022. We had a pleasant stay there. Our family room was very convenient incl. very comfortable beds and clean bath and Jacuzzi. The room facilities were perfect. The location of the hotel was very good and the taxi station was just attached to the hotel. Hotel has a very good Gym and indoor pool. Receptions and staff were very polite and helpful. Totally hotel is recommended for both Business and touristic trips. The negative points in my opinion were: -lack of balcony -Breakfast was not at the level of a 5-star hotel. The variety of hot breakfasts were very few and hot breakfasts were very fatty and oily.

Very easy to reserve online using Radisson app. Very impressed with communicating needs and expectations between Izmir and USA prior to arrival. Was able to reserve a nice seaside view room and arrange for transport (using WhatsApp) from Izmir Airport, to a local hospital and thence to the hotel. Great location, with lots to do and see nearby. Desk team gave me great recommendations for local sights and where to get a great shave and haircut! Breakfast on the 8th floor terrace was great…the selection and view was worth the price in itself! And finally, the room was quiet, comfortable and just what I needed traveling alone. Well done Radisson Park Inn Izmir! Well worth the stay!!!

Dont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotel

Near the train station, the street has arrived, the booked triple room, the bed is quite big, Simmons is also very strong, taxi to otogar seems to be 30 lira, walking to the beach is still a little distance. There is a flea market on the small street in the evening.

Its relatively.new hotel with nice iclassical interior design and good colour scheme.. Locations: 5 min drive from Izmir airport. But too far by walking to local town Sarnic where it's 1 stop to airport or 8 stops to Izmir Hilal major interchange with red metro line. Take buses 705 or 828 which runs every 10-15 min, or taxi Reception; quick check in and out. Room: clean, comfortable, but mattress a little soft. For me. No view. Wi-fi: easy access and strong signal, fast, reliable Breakfast: full Turkish breakfast with many options, self service buffet style. Dinner: good service and delicious food. I ate Steak and salad, came with complimentary bread and dips, and free starter bites. Airport Shuttle: free ride to airport from 6am to 14:00, only for taking flight. Gym/ fitness room at basement: spacious, good range of free weights and a crossover pulling machine, a few standing cycling, cardio walking machines. Yoga mat. Overall: good stay for 3 nights.

Location super. We arrived only for 5.5 lira from the airport by train directly (without transfer) in Basman. From there 5 minutes walk, very close. Interestingly, no one at the hotel knew that you could get directly by train)) From the hotel every day walked to the center. Breakfast was also good - several types of cheese, sausages, sausages, rolled eggs, coffee, tea, butter, jams, warm, torso, etc. The air conditioner worked well. Water was everywhere and free. The room was a teapot and coffee-tea was put every day. Every day cleaned the room, removed the garbage. Staff helped everything. Near a lot of cafes, it was possible to eat until 11th night for a normal price.

The location of the hotel is very, very central. This provides a great plus, but a minus at one point; parking problem. We had to leave our car in the municipality's multi-storey car park and an extra fee of 25 lira per night was incurred. Hotel staff are very caring and smiling people. The best thing about the hotel is wifi. There is a free and pretty good internet network. We liked the interior design of the rooms, but it's hard to say the same for cleanliness. We could not understand the yellow water flowing from the toilet flush.
