Otel çalışanları ***et yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Eşimle konakladık çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı geliştirilebilir ve park sorunu vardı. Onun dışında benim en dikkat ettiğim şey temizlik olduğu için ***et temizdi.

Hotel Kaya is a charming hotel with a 1960s vibe, reflecting its long history. Its central location is excellent, and it has potential, but the place needs renovation—especially the tiny bathroom with an unusually small shower cabin. For a short 1–2 night stay, it’s a decent option. The bed is large and comfortable, pillows are nice, the air conditioning works well, and thick curtains block the morning sun. The hotel provides a full set of toiletries, which you don’t always find even in 5-star hotels. However, the room lacks seating and has only one bedside table. Cleanliness is relative—the bedside table and the vanity were clean, but the table under the TV and the towel shelf in the bathroom hadn’t been wiped in quite a while. Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression mainly thanks to the wonderful girl at the reception (Zeynep? – I didn’t catch her name exactly), who was working during day time and always trying to help us and had lovely conversations with us. We wish the hotel a bright future.
