Mithras Hotel

We wanted to stay because of its central location, the physical structure of the hotel is new, it is very clean, especially the towels smell incredibly nice. These were the plus features. The negative features are unfortunately the music sound of the nightclubs nearby continues until 5-6 in the morning, we were disturbed, it is not the hotel's fault, but there is such a situation. The breakfast is not an open buffet, is this a problem, but we did not find the quality of the breakfast ingredients sufficient. These are possible things, but what definitely irritates us and engraves the idea that we will never stay again is the wait and let's check the room process during check out. I have stayed in over 100 different hotels, it is impossible for me to accept such an attitude that treats the guest as a potential thief or vandal. I think it is an ideal hotel for those who accept this treatment during check out and are heavy sleepers.

We stayed with my girlfriend for 3 nights. It is a business that fully deserves the positive comments written. We received a smiling service from the reservation stage. The room is as beautiful and clean as the picture. We just couldn't solve the cleaning issue during the stay. The first day, when we hung the card on the door for cleaning, the attendant was getting off the elevator and saw it. But when we returned to the room, it hadn't been cleaned. The next day, I hung the card again and told the gentleman at the reception that we wanted cleaning this time. (He even said that hanging the card would be enough.) When we returned to the room, it still hadn't been cleaned. We went downstairs and asked for our needs ourselves. Everything was fine except for the cleaning situation. Our place is ready when we will stay in Alsancak. :)

We had a short family vacation in Izmir. You can go with your eyes closed, we felt very comfortable, both because of the friendliness of the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. If I go again, it is definitely a place I will go again with my family. It is a complete family business. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2022. The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily. Good breakfast. Helpful and pleasant staff. The hotel is conveniently located. There is a safe in the room. The renovation is fresh. Everything that should work, works. The hotel is no worse in terms of level than large chain hotels, but the cost of the rooms is cheaper. I highly recommend it.
