Here they say they allow pets but then it turns out they don’t … staff isn’t able to speak English via phone , when we wrote to WhatsApp they didn’t even write hello. Simply no pets are allowed with no explanation about being pet friendly on TripAdvisor

Awful experience as the hotel rooms were disgusting. Rooms are not clean and almost everthing is either broken or damaged. There are stains and marks on the couches, blankets, sheets even on pillows. It looks like they are just operating at a low price with dirty rooms. The only good thing was the friendly staff but thats not enough.

We went at the peak time during Ramadan Feast. The room we opened with the key they gave us turned out to be dirty. The polite gentleman at the reception kept us waiting by offering us something cold. Our room was relatively spacious, but the breakfast did not meet our expectations. Expired products are not replaced. The same foods every day.
