3-Star Hotels in Izmir

We had a pleasant stay at piano hotel but some service issues made our stay unpleasant. The room was clean and neat. It is a bit small for two people but big enough for 1 night. The hotel has free parking for hotel guests but we were called twice in the morning to move the car (the first time we were still sleeping as we had arrived late and we were tired). Breakfast was good with enough options. You can only order other drinks such as cappuccino after 12 am. According to trip.com checkout is between 12:00 and 12:30. We felt rushed to check out at 12:10 as the man at the front desk didn’t confirm checkout time. So it is 12 and not 12:30. There was also another very rude guest rushing us to move our car, again! Overall it’s value for money but not a relaxing hotel with good service bust miscommunication.

It’s my favorite place to stay when I’m in Izmir. The gym is really good, the breakfast buffet is also well served.

The room is good, the location is very good, there is a five-minute walk from the train station, the bus terminal has a stop in the nearby square, and the ticket office is also nearby. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The front desk was very good. Very good value for money.

The most unusual hotel in which I had to visit is a double feeling. On the one hand everything in mirrors, cool) On the other hand, the entrance to the toilet with the door of the Coupe, is extremely uncomfortable if you live not one 😁

Celebrated our anniversary in Izmir and planned to stay in this hotel for 2 nights but ended up extending as the location is quite convenient for us. Subway is few meters away and the location is also a few mins walk to the coast with a great sunset view. A lot of shops and restaurants across the street and staff in the hotel was helpful as well. The best part is when we receive a complimentary wine to celebrate our Anniversary as soon as we checked in. Thanks a lot! Will stay here again for sure.

The geographical environment is good. It takes about seven or eight minutes to get out of the subway station. The elevator is old-fashioned and needs to manually open and close the door. You can experience it at most three or four people at a time. The room is quite satisfactory, there should be some, not crowded, and health is ok. The breakfast type is relatively small, the cold dishes are more, the taste is average, the time is earlier, we sat down and haven't finished eating, the staff has begun to withdraw the meal. As a transit hotel to selkuk, it is ok to stay for one night. In the evening, you can take a taxi to the clock tower and the beach to have a candlelight dinner and a small wine. The next day, you wake up and walk from the hotel for two minutes to the train station. It is very convenient to go to selkuk.

The hotel is located in Basmane, the center of Izmir, close to tourist attractions and has an excellent location. As for the service, the staff speaks English well, so even foreigners can feel at ease. The cleanliness is average. Toilets in public spaces weren't great, but the rooms were clean. There were few plugs of room about facilities and was inconvenient. There is also not enough Wi-Fi, so it is not suitable for working in a hotel.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is very kind. Great value for the price!

Indeed, the ambience presentation of the hotel's location and the oersonal very good positive and hygiene very clean breakfast was very pleasant in a word it was great with my family and we were very happy to go to the scene, a place we can definitely stay again We felt like we were in our home plus the parking problem no thanks to the Heritage Hotel

We were in the apartment about a week ago, we received a family room /Wohnung with own garden (hour). All was very clean and the holders of the apartments were very lovely and premature, the own cats welcomed us at the window in the morning. At foot you reach the centre after about 20 minutes, the location of the accommodation is located in the middle of a residential area which is not everyone's business. We liked it and was completely enough!
