Excellent location near the kordon but the hotel is just average

I always book this Hotel when I go Izmir. Everything is comportable and kind and clean. Great view.

We had a pleasant stay at piano hotel but some service issues made our stay unpleasant. The room was clean and neat. It is a bit small for two people but big enough for 1 night. The hotel has free parking for hotel guests but we were called twice in the morning to move the car (the first time we were still sleeping as we had arrived late and we were tired). Breakfast was good with enough options. You can only order other drinks such as cappuccino after 12 am. According to trip.com checkout is between 12:00 and 12:30. We felt rushed to check out at 12:10 as the man at the front desk didn’t confirm checkout time. So it is 12 and not 12:30. There was also another very rude guest rushing us to move our car, again! Overall it’s value for money but not a relaxing hotel with good service bust miscommunication.

Its relatively.new hotel with nice iclassical interior design and good colour scheme.. Locations: 5 min drive from Izmir airport. But too far by walking to local town Sarnic where it's 1 stop to airport or 8 stops to Izmir Hilal major interchange with red metro line. Take buses 705 or 828 which runs every 10-15 min, or taxi Reception; quick check in and out. Room: clean, comfortable, but mattress a little soft. For me. No view. Wi-fi: easy access and strong signal, fast, reliable Breakfast: full Turkish breakfast with many options, self service buffet style. Dinner: good service and delicious food. I ate Steak and salad, came with complimentary bread and dips, and free starter bites. Airport Shuttle: free ride to airport from 6am to 14:00, only for taking flight. Gym/ fitness room at basement: spacious, good range of free weights and a crossover pulling machine, a few standing cycling, cardio walking machines. Yoga mat. Overall: good stay for 3 nights.

It was perfect place to stay for 1 night for us. It has all you need: parking, breakfast, small kitchen, clean towels, clean bathroom and clean room in general.

The location and transportation are quite convenient. It is within walking distance of the train station. You can also take a train to the airport. It is also within walking distance of the beach. The breakfast is OK, but the price/performance ratio is not high. The decoration style is quite confusing.

The room is good, the location is very good, there is a five-minute walk from the train station, the bus terminal has a stop in the nearby square, and the ticket office is also nearby. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The front desk was very good. Very good value for money.

Super close to the airport ✈️, within 10 minutes drive to the airport, if you catch the early flight the next morning, don't miss this hotel. Next to the gas station, there is also a shopping center. The room is also large.

The geographical environment is good. It takes about seven or eight minutes to get out of the subway station. The elevator is old-fashioned and needs to manually open and close the door. You can experience it at most three or four people at a time. The room is quite satisfactory, there should be some, not crowded, and health is ok. The breakfast type is relatively small, the cold dishes are more, the taste is average, the time is earlier, we sat down and haven't finished eating, the staff has begun to withdraw the meal. As a transit hotel to selkuk, it is ok to stay for one night. In the evening, you can take a taxi to the clock tower and the beach to have a candlelight dinner and a small wine. The next day, you wake up and walk from the hotel for two minutes to the train station. It is very convenient to go to selkuk.

The hotel is quiet, clean, not big (that's a plus), breakfast buffet, everything is very tasty, unfortunately I forgot to photograph the hotel. All the sights of Izmir are within walking distance. The price is affordable. The staff are good-natured. I am very pleased with the visit to the hotel and the city of Izmir.
