Expensive, dirty, unquality, poor breakfast, unhelpfull staff. Asked to reception to change the room it was not possible. Asked them to clean my room, they didn't clean my room. Photos can be seen. It was taken when I checked-in. I don't suggest anyone to go to this hotel. You just waste your money. I asked to get some ice and glasses to my room, they charged 15 USD only for that which costs nothing. So, their priority is not their guest comfort. wi-fi was not working in the room. TOTALLY NOT SUGGEST.

Havalandırma sistemi ısıtmıyor . Duvarda asılı sözde klimanın kumandalarını saklıyorlar . Elektrik faturasını düşündüklerinden kumandaları vermiyorlar . Üşümek reZil olmak istiyorsanız gidebilirsiniz .

When we entered the room, the room smelled really bad, the ventilation was terrible, and when we wanted to change the room, they said you could change to a standard room for an extra fee, we were embarrassed with our money, and on top of that, they were still trying to get money from us. There were yellow pee stains on the very bad toilet. The windows don't open, so I don't know how they gave it 5 stars or if they don't do any inspections. I do not recommend it at all. We paid 1350₺, but if we had rented an apartment for 350₺, it would have read to the same standards in every subject. Never again !!

Eğer hiç bir puan verilmeme hakkım olsa onu verirdim. Kaldığımız oda 10 metre kare 3 kişi kalıyoruz. 7 aylık bebeğimle geldim. Koridor buram buram sigara kokuyor zaten de odanın içi de sigara sinmiş zaman zaman da yoğun koku… temizlik zaten yok, her yer pis ve eski. Perde eski olur da hiç mi yıkanmaz. Banyo, halı… hijyen adına hiç bir şey yok!!! her şeyi bıraktım şu an yerel saat 04.30 civarında bilin bakalım niye uyuyamadım. Yan oda yüksek ses müzik, inleme sesleri… şikayete rağmen gülüşmelere devam eden insan profili ile çok yakışan, bir daha asla gelmeyeceğim otel
