The rooms offer spacious comfort with river views and private baths. Guests praise the cleanliness, staff service, and scenic location near Kawazu Seven Waterfalls. The breakfast by the river is highly recommended.

Really loved this place. The service was lovely, the food was amazing especially beside the river under the kotatsu. And I loved how big the room was with the private bath. Had an amazing time in the private onsens without anyone disturbing. Couldn’t have asked for a better ryokan to go to.

The location is relatively remote, in the deep mountains of Central Izu, close to Shuzenji Temple. Q After checking in, the front desk will explain a lot of instructions. I will give you a brief explanation in my mediocre Japanese: 1. There are four private baths, Meteor, Moon Beauty, etc. Two of them have time requirements, and the other two do not. You will be given a QR code, which you can scan to see if there are people. I usually go to soak my head in the early morning and there are very few people. 2. The public bath is on the third floor, 24 hours, nothing special to pay attention to. 3. Meal time (if included) must be confirmed in advance, they need to prepare meals. Kawabe Japanese food, be careful of mosquitoes. The overall food is just so-so, the ingredients are fresh but not amazing, and the environment is cold. 4. Smoking is not allowed in the room, and mineral water is not provided (there is a pot of ice water). That's about it, Izu Onsen. The water is really good, and the price is really not cheap. If I go again, I won't eat the food of this hotel, just wash it.

I have to say the service is great! I left my backpack on the bus, and the hotel front desk guy was very enthusiastic to help contact the station to find it. We checked in first, which did not affect our mood. The hotel environment is elegant, and it is really relaxing and comfortable to dine by the river. The breakfast and dinner are full of rituals, and they enthusiastically introduce how to eat each dish. Very good value!

I really like this hotel. I stayed for one night this time. I will stay a few more nights next time. There was no firefly viewing activity during the season I came. I saw other reviews saying there would be one in June. I didn't make a reservation for Kawayo cuisine when I came. I felt a little sorry that I didn't eat it. I will come again next time.

There are two characteristics of the hotel, kawadoka cuisine and four open-air private hot springs. Let's talk about kawadoka cuisine first. The whole cuisine is very rich. The service staff will prepare it for you in advance at the time you make an appointment. You can enjoy the scenery while eating the cuisine. As for the hot springs, you can check whether the hot springs are in use through the website, which is very convenient. This time I only soaked in two due to time constraints. I will try the other two next time. The overall service is also very good. When you leave the hotel, the hotel will send you to a station by bus. Just confirm the route with the hotel in advance.

Wow! I really like this place. The experience is very good. The staff are friendly and polite. The boy at the front desk gives a detailed introduction in English! The inside is very big and the scenery is beautiful. This is the third time I have been to Izu. When I checked in this hotel for the first time, I didn’t expect the entrance to be mediocre. The inside is very big and the scenery is very beautiful. There are 4 private hot spring pools, and they are completely free, and the hot spring water is It's very pure and very hot. The beauty water under the moon is hot enough and feels great after soaking in it! The environment in Kawatoko Restaurant is first-rate. Eating here is well worth the ticket price. The food is also very delicious! The whole stay was so enjoyable for the whole family! Well worth a visit. My husband kept saying: This hotel is good, I will stay in this hotel next time. It was also the most unforgettable part of my entire trip. Before we left, there was an uncle who took the initiative to take pictures of us enthusiastically, allowing us to leave more wonderful memories! It is recommended that everyone never step into the trap.

The service is very good, the environment is nice, in a quiet village, with a valley stream, the service is warm, but the facilities are very old, there is no heating in the winter, the hotel is very cold inside, and you need to wear a thick down jacket on the walkway. The software facilities are hard to describe, and the toiletries provided by the hot spring are very bad, which is far from the traditional Japanese hot springs. This price is not worth it

Avoid! The price-performance ratio is not good. I don't usually write reviews. I really hope that friends who see this review will think twice. This hotel is really outrageous. When I booked the room on Ctrip, dinner was not included. Because I was afraid that it would be difficult to find food in the mountains, I went to the hotel to order dinner on the spot. The price of dinner was 13,000 yen per person. The ingredients were really speechless, and the key was that the taste was really unpalatable. At this price, you can eat very good omakase in Tokyo. Because I came to this hotel from the next door Shirakabe-so, there is really no harm without comparison, it's too bad. How can you have the nerve to charge 13,000 yen for such a bad dinner! And for one person! It's super unpalatable. By the way, if you want an extra bath towel in this hotel, you need to charge 100 yen. So the hot spring hotel is mainly for hot springs, but only one bath towel can be provided per person. If you want more bath towels, you have to pay more? The bath towels of the next door Shirakabe-so are free to use. The price is cheaper than this hotel! The room is also very old, really super speechless. The service is not enthusiastic. We need to carry our own luggage! ! The hotel next door helped with the whole process. How could it be so bad? I hope that friends who see this comment will really think twice. I booked a night for 1600 and added dinner myself. It is 3k a night? I can only say it is a huge difference. If you want to stay in a hot spring hotel when you come to Izu. I recommend the next door Shirakabeso, which is right next door. The decoration is very new, the service is good, and the food is delicious! There are also free coffee and other services, and it is only about 2k a night. Two meals are included. I don’t understand why this hotel has no bad reviews on Google! Is it a fake review? 13,000 yen dinner per person, let’s eat chicken breast? ? It’s really outrageous and it tastes terrible.
