Would stay at least 2 nights next time.The room is spacious enough for 2 adults & 1 child.The unlimited use of onsen is great.The views from the resort is amazing.A unique experience with dinosaur robot checking you in.Dont worry still can get help from resort staffs.5 mins walk to a 24hrs supermarket(very reasonable price).Ard 10 mins walk to premium outlet mall & train station next to it.

Superb location next to the airport. This is my family’s third time staying here to rest and recharge after arriving to Japan or before departing.

Had to take one train stop to Rinku town station and walk around 5 min to reach hotel.
Check in process is manless - travellers to click on options on a computer to complete check in.
Room is clean, though small. Like the in house Onsen.

the place was clean and check in process was easy. there was a free onsen in the hotel as well. the location was a very short walk from rinku town station, and the seaview from the hotel was beautiful in the morning

We chose this hotel for our late-night arrival at Osaka Kansai Airport, and it did not disappoint. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by two adorable dinosaur robots, which added a fun touch to our experience. The self-check-in process was efficient and smooth. Our room offered a stunning sea view, making our stay even more enjoyable. The onsen was fantastic, although I do wish it had longer operating hours, as it closed at midnight. The buffet breakfast was delightful, complemented by the beautiful ocean view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay even though the hotel is not near any train station! Very spacious and clean room, with very friendly staff. Location is excellent for travellers need check in Kansai airport earlier. Also very convenience and short distance to nearby premium outlet for those want to have last minutes shopping 😊
