"I had the pleasure of staying at Seagull Hotel for 1 night, and it was ok. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring my check-in process was quick and smooth. It’s clear that they maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
The hotel’s amenities were excellent. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to a shopping mall.
What stood out most was the friendly and professional service from the hotel staff."
"The experience at this hotel is extremely interesting. The concierge were AI dragons which provide an automated check in for residents. However it is a bit far from the train station, and there is not any shuttle bus to the outlet nearby and Kansai airport, which is the only point that I think this hotel is not good enough. Overall the accommodation experience is good."
"I came to this restaurant from Kanto. It is quiet, the dinner and breakfast are very rich, Japanese style, natural hot springs, I like it very much, the service is particularly good. There is also a bus to the station in the morning. 👍"

"It was originally a transitional hotel for an early flight the next day, but the result completely exceeded expectations: clean, quiet, comfortable bedding, wet and dry baths, microwave, electric kettle, dishes and chopsticks. . . . If I go again, I will stay again, thank you!"
"Although it takes a short walk from the station to the accommodation, the room is very clean and the environment is very good. One of the 5-person rooms is Japanese-style, which is quite comfortable and has enough space. It is really helpful to inform the room and password in advance. Great ✌🏼
The washing machine, washing powder and supplies are well prepared, but the sound insulation is relatively poor, and there is an elephant upstairs🤣🤣🤣
There is a Marugame noodle shop nearby that is super delicious. I highly recommend it.
The overall feel is comfortable."
"For this apartment, the most impressed is the landlord. We may have three or four apartments in Japan. This is the only landlord we met who can speak Chinese, and the Chinese is quite slippery, so there is no communication. What a big obstacle, it is also very pleasant to get along with. It is a relatively comfortable and satisfying check-in experience. If it is not because the travel plan is arranged in advance, I really want to stay here for a while before leaving."
"The space is just right, and you can open your suitcase. It is clean and comfortable, and the bed is very comfortable. It is about a 20-minute walk from JR Rinku Town Station. If it is convenient, you can drag your luggage around, and then go from near Starbucks to the hotel without having to go back to get your luggage. The whole process was self-check-in/out, which was very convenient. I happened to meet a group of guests staying there, and the floor we stayed on was very quiet. Recommended for people on a budget."
"Hotel manager and rest of personnel were extremely kind and made big efforts to please my requests like serving Continental breakfast and booking taxis. Food was really good, fresh and a lot of thought was put into serving different plates in each dinner with loads of seafood and fish.
I would certainly return to this hotel."
"The space is very large, very suitable for family travel, the temperature adjustment of the shower faucet in the bathroom on the second floor is bad, the owner may have to repair it"

Very Good
FfuukatHad an early flight out so decided to just stay at the airport the night before. It was a great choice, exceptional and clean. There were not many people on the day that I stayed and I had no issues with sounds made by the other guests. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again.
RReneVery nice and clean hotel. Its not the newest, but the cleanness of the hotel just amazes me. Especially when there are so many Chinese guests which usually leave a big mess after checkout, gota respect the professionalism of the cleaning team.
The breakfast is also good, simple, nothing fancy, but was good breakfast.
The only issue was there are a lot of Chinese tourists and they do get very loud at breakfast. Hard to have some ”quiet time” during early breakfast.
There is also a airport shuttle which save you A LOT of time!
GGuest UserIt's very close to Izumisano Station. There are food, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It's very convenient. There is also a microwave oven. It's suitable for small-budget travel. Self-service check-in and check-out are very convenient. I will stay here again next time.
HHalil EsenIt was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to visit again. Thank you!
TTala TagiilimaThis hotel is perfect either for a quick stop or longer stay. It is easy to get to from the Osaka airport and it takes less than 10mins to get there by JR train. It’s within walking distance to Osaka Bay, Marble Beach, Rinku park, Rinku premier outlets and Seacle mall/plaza. The hotel check in is at 3pm. Upon arrival you use the self checkin system in the lobby (there are staff available to assist you if needed). The process is easy and fast. If you need any amenities such as toothpaste m, toothbrush etc, you pick them up from the lobby before you head on up to your room.
The room we had which was a standard view was very clean. The space was just enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. The shower/bath was very clean. It’s not a huge space in there, but it has everything you need for a shower or a bath.
Not many people would agree, but I’m all for sustainable practice. Instead of having bottled water in each room, every floor has a hydration room where you can take the water jug/flask from your room and fill it up with filtered and drinkable water. The tap water in our room was not recommended for drinking. However, if you do want bottled water you can pop over to Lawson on first floor and buy some and some snacks. The hydration room has a filtered water machine, ice machine and a microwave.
The buffet breakfast is AMAZING! There’s a lot of options from Japanese, Chinese and western dishes. The service is great and the view is spectacular. Get there early to sit by the window.
This hotel has a rooftop area that serves craft beer and food. The view is lovely!
The pictures I included are of the view from the hotel room I stayed in, the pancake station for breakfast, rooftop view at night. Totally recommend this place.
KKarleneI just needed to stay the night because it was close to the airport, and they have a shuttle service. I took the train to this location, and it really wasn't that far of a walk. I would say about less than 15 minutes. I got there a little early, and the staff was so professional and nice. They let me relax and cool off in the lounge upstairs. They have a very decent manga reading area with comfy chairs and a small outoor rock garden, and I was also invited to a free drink happy hour. Unfortunately, I was too drained from the heat, so I didn't participate. They also have a little cheap eats place next door that I would check out the next time. The shuttle was very prompt and polite. The room was good, but the bathroom was small. If you're very tall, it might be inconvenient for you. Overall, for an older building, it was comfortable for me and at a good price. I was pleasantly surprised when the desk person handed me a free gift. It was a well-made terry cloth hankie with a nice note. It's definitely useful in this heat 🥵
AAnonymous UserThis is a return stay, and I appreciated a quiet room that didn’t face the main road. Stay was comfortable in a spacious room, used the hot bath and had a decent breakfast there too.
AAi Li LingI saw many great reviews about this hotel from service to location and I can say, I have no complaints except for compliments! The location is fantastic and you can literally walk into the hotel from the station. In addition, the view from my 41st floor is great! Located next to the hotel, there is a huge Cosme store where you can load up your beauty products before flying.
In less than 8 min walk, you'll reached Rinkyu Premium outlet. Shop till you drop!
I highly recommend this hotel. Despite it being a bit old, the cleanliness is top notch too.
AAnonymous UserGreat Room Size but Disturbed by Wind Noise
I stayed at a hotel in Rinku before my flight from Kansai International Airport (KIX) and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a twin room. This room was significantly larger than the one I had booked, and in fact, it was the most spacious room I encountered during my entire stay in Japan. The room was clean, and I appreciated the extra space.
However, my experience was overshadowed by the intense wind noise throughout the night. The sound was so loud that I initially thought someone was rolling their suitcase in the hallway during the midnight hours. It turned out to be just the wind, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I even asked the receptionist to check the noise, as I was uneasy and initially thought it might be something supernatural. The staff was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns.
While the location is convenient for an early flight, it’s not particularly close to the station, which might be a consideration for travelers relying on public transport. Overall, the hotel is decent, with excellent room size and helpful staff, but the wind noise detracted from my comfort.
JJoe SnuffyThe room we got was a double futon on the east room upstair, as we love the traditional Japanese style.
The small space has all the convenient with shared space in common area, small kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer in the same room. Everything were tidy and functionally used all the space avail. Great water pressure and temp for the shower. The host thought of everything and provided every information avail for us tourist to use.
Distance is not too far from Rinku-town station. Only cons (out of everyone control) the stair leading to the station has no elevator, which will be challenging for people with large suitcase. We are light traveler, which is not too bad for our case.
Overall, great little space and affordable, short ride to Kansai Airport and save time traveling to the airport, which is a great plus since security check in at Kansai may take up to 90 mins to get through.
