If you plan to visit Jabalpur Vijan Palace is the best place tp stay. A the time I visited the hotel is being constructed so there were little practical issues. Nevertheless the hotel staff was very attentive and helped to make our stay comfortable.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."

I am a frequent traveller. This is not the first time i have stayed in vijan palace. It has been our regular stay at jabalpur. But i have promised myself that it was the last stay here. The service is so slow and poor. Room condition is very bad. I booked their super premium room. As soon as we entered it was all damp smell. Sofa cushions were having damp. We complained about it with the staff after which we were given alternate room which was of lower cadre "vijan style. With the amount they are charging for the room there were no toiletries and also this room was having dirty bedsheets which we had to ask to change. Also if you call room service 4 times and if you are lucky then your call will be answered once. The quality of service and rooms standards have degraded. This was my last stay.

Property is in a decent location, food is good, but the rest is worse, they charge for drinking water too. No comb and moisturizer is given. If you will not ask for room service they will not come by them self.

Hotel was not clean and adamant staff in reception and the rooms was not clean and lot of mosquitos in the bathroom.
