I visited a samrat hotel restaurant with my friend and we met mr Vijay ,who provided excellent service. The food was good. Overall taste was very good.everything was great. Thank you, mr Vinay for your service. A very good service of this hotel.

I observed that one staff member was efficiently handling multiple tasks simultaneously, including breakfast service, room coordination, and cleaning. Their multitasking ability is truly commendable. (Mr.Vijay & Mr. Vinay) I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Samrat. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, and the hospitality was impressive. The food options were diverse and delicious, with a great buffet spread. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended!"

Good service and courteous staff, clean rooms, food quality was good and delicious, breakfast options were also good , front desk checked about the arrival time and helped with the driver connect to pick from the station, overall experience is good

Hotel is Good and close to Railway Station. Staff also helpful. On reception Mr Mohit also Polite and Helful. Close to Market. Rooms are clean. Transportation is also available near the Hotel. Over all Hotel is very Good. I will suggest to other one. Only thing which need to be change that checkin time is early. Because some Transportation reach early in the morning.
