The price is the only good thing. The room had a faint odor and lots of cockroaches. For a business trip, this is terrible! ! ! ! The network is not good. I don't know if it's the iPhone's problem. It's so slow...

Great service and a quiet weekend. The hotel was well within the area of my weekend activities. The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Betty. She ensured I had a pleasant stay, she even reached out to me via text to ensure my visit was going well. Overall, my experience was a solid 10/10.

Mrs Betty that was at front desk was very nice. She help me set up an account with honors for me and my family to earn points and rewards! Mrs Freda provided bath essentials and kept our room clean without having to be a bother. I would most definitely stay here again

This is the worst hotel stay I have personally witnessed. We had to be moved to three..yes three different rooms that were in horrible conditions. First room literally had no locking door. Second room missing fire alarm, shredded comforter and raggedy half done linens on bed, ceiling popcorn falling and damaged, bugs on the ac unit. Third room.. looked perfect until you sat on the bed and the bed literally buckled. Unsafe..badly worn and much needed updates to EVERYTHING! We ended up checking out and finding another property.

So I always stay here when I come to Jackson. I've done great reviews in the past. Well today I am reconsidering staying here again. First the clerk was irritated . I think he was tired but doesn't matter u still need to have a personality. Got to the room, looked at bed and saw hair particles on corners of bed and other bed the sheets were dirty. I was so tired from traveling and decided to speak with management. Same guy from check in was present. I showed him my pics and his reply was " i know they don't change bedskirts on the beds" I replied this is unacceptable and this should be changed between guest and he stands and look like a deer In headlights. He did give me a new room but I'm concerned about practice. Super concerned this is the mentality of how they respond. So needless to say not sure I would stay again.

Nice and big room, fresh bathroom. We were three guys staying in a room with two doublebeds. Really nice women in the reception and breakfast. All nice and clean and very quiet area. Close to shop and restaurants. Couldnt ask for more.

Dirty, in disrepair, needs renovation and cleaning. Roaches in room and dining room. Worst comfort inn ever. The check in person was friendly. Breakfast was not up to usual standards. Halls and elevator were dirty.
