On check in was told to view room before paying. Viewed room and found no dishes or any pots/pans for cooking or utensils, bathroom door would not close, liquid and grime on toilet seat, cabinets falling , overall dirty room. I was told none of the rooms had dishes. Management did not seem concerned about problems noted. Refused to stay and fortunately was not charged for the room.
