Amazing restaurant with attentive staff. Food was simply amazing we had two buffet breakfasts and one dinner. Service was excellent all 3 times from warm greeting at front to excellent table manner please send complement to all service staff . Chefs should be praised for amazing cuttlefish and prawn curry , food and drink reasonable priced and offered a lot of traditional Jaffna options. Egg hoppers with brown rice for breakfast buffet were amazing and well seasoned which sometimes can be lacking at other places so complements to the young chef making the hoppers . Cakes and toffees were very well made. Curd and treacle option was very welcomed . overall 5 star experience every single time thank you north wing restaurant. Will definitely come again if in Jaffna thank you everyone.

North Gate is an exceptional hotel that truly stands out. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. Having stayed at various 5-star hotels in Sri Lanka, including Mount Lavinia and Cinnamon Grand, I can confidently say North Gate offers a unique experience that makes me want to return, especially for its prime location and outstanding service. A special thanks to Praveen and Prasanna for going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The restaurant was another highlight, offering authentic Jaffna specialties that were a treat to the palate. I particularly enjoyed the milk hoppers, Jaffna Dosai, and Vadai. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping the rooms spotless. I would wholeheartedly recommend North Gate to anyone looking for a remarkable stay in Jaffna.

We recently stayed at Northgate Jaffa and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was comfortable, and the rooms were well-maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was quite good. While we appreciated our stay, there’s always room for improvement to make the experience even better. Overall, it was a positive visit, and we look forward to seeing how the hotel evolves in the future!

We stayed for two nights and the stay was wonderful. The staff kept ready our rooms when we arrived and allocated our room in few minutes. We had breakfast from the hotel and it was superb and filling. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful experience.

Loved everything about this hotel. The front desk staff were super friendly, the dining room staff fell over backwards to cater to your needs and wants. The room was very comfortable. There was an issue with the air conditioner but that was sorted quickly. Yes would highly recommend!

I have experienced good quality foods and there are Friendly staff with good chefs and they are trying to maintaining a good relationship with their customers. Room service was good. But the internet connection is not in a satisfactory level.

We had a lovely hospitality and the staffs are extremely helpful also. Also the excellent food service.The staffs at the front desk such as thuza,sinthu,and aloji was good.House keeping Navin did my room very well and very attentive.The restaurant staff kajeepan and mayuran were good while doing there service.

Thank you Nithursan very kind and friendly with customer 100% Really i was enjoyed. must try veg buriyani and Nasi rice very tasty, this restaurant exceeded all my expectations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it
