My flight didn't reach jagdalpur due to weather issues and program cancel-led the other day due to non-availability of flights. Hotel did not agree for refund

The stay is comfortable. Staff are coordial. The hotel exterior needs renovation. Lobby area to be separated for residential guests and guests visiting restaurants.

We stayed here three nights during our „tribal tour“ through Odisha and Chhattisgarh. The standard of the room is very high and the breakfast very tasty. In the roof top restaurant we enjoyed fried kebab and fish. I would recommend though to thoroughly clean the open space there as it smells a bit of bats or birds. Also I would appreciate the hotel to be politically neutral during election time and not fly a BJP-ballon over the roof.

Location is great, food was not upto the mark, service was as very slow and also they don’t even know how to make a hot chocolate. There was no hot water in shower, it was just like warm and the weather was cold. Breakfast and buffet was not getting refilled, no one was there to look after it.

Worst quality lock at bathroom door i was get locked inside luckily my wife was there in room she tried to to open it from outside but it didn’t so she called to reception and they send someone in half an hour. That day if i would have alone i cannot imagine what would happened with me. T hay need to change there entire lock system
