One of the most disappointing experiences ever. Apart from the location there is nothing positive about this place. Absolutely not worth the amount charged. The food was bad tasting and made from poor quality material. The pasta and the veg pizza were full of tomato ketchup. The chilli chicken was insanely salty, while there was no salt in the paneer lababdar. Non-veg dishes were swimming in oil, chilli and spices - not exactly wellness oriented cuisine. We wasted most of it to avoid a blocked coronary. The Rajasthani thaali was tasteless which is actually quite a compliment considering the rest of the food. The manager and staff are obnoxious and unhelpful. When we expressed disappointment about the food quality we were met with defensiveness and statements like "no one else complained" by the manager. The "moon dome" debacle - the curtains were falling off, there was barely any hot water. Insulation was a bad joke. The rooms were extremely cold and when we asked for extra heating our request was rudely denied. We were not offered any extra blankets. The heating was turned off in one room in the middle of the night. We spent the night shivering in full clothes. Come morning, we could not wait to leave so the nightmare would end. Asked for sugarless tea, which came after much begging and was saturated with sugar. We ran for our lives and ate breakfast at the Highway King - ate like we had not been fed in 24 hours which in fact was the case. NOTE: Teela is charging too much and the owners seriously need to review its staff, prices, cost cutting techniques, and attitude towards customers who they have to serve not bully.
