It was a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the food. Hospitality was good. However TV was not working, only drawback.

Date of stay- feb 2, 2025. Stayed with family, basic amenities were missing.
Washroom- Washroom with no exhaust fan, no naphthalene balls or freshner, no toilet roll. Towels were provided only once asked.
Room- TV available but it's of no use as no channel works since it was not recharged as confirmed by hotel staff.
No night light.
No dustbin
No bed side table and cabinet available to keep luggage.
Food- Can't order food or eat in room except tea. There is a very basic and unhygienic kitchen available in the basement of the hotel, all are asked to have their food there only.
Parking- There is only open parking available in front of hotel and can fit only 2 vehicles there. My car also got minor scratches once checked next day.
I would not recommend this for a family stay with basic hygiene and amenities missing with the price given.

We have spent 2 days in the hotel new city inn and it was the very great experience. Rooms were good, owner was good. Location is also quite convenient. I would recommend to stay in the hotel new city inn.

wahroom was not cleaned bed sheets are dirty bugs 🐛 in pillows blankets are so dirty.

Room jays a photo mein bat-aye *** e hain nahin hai, paling quality bhi kharab hai is hotel mein nahin ruke to hi achcha hai

This hotel is near by railway junction. It is cheap and best hotel. Hotel staffs are really good, helpful by nature. Food is nice and budget friendly.
