Heart of the City is a restful, clean, hospitable, spacious place in a beautiful city. Poorvi, our host, made everything easier and more comfortable. The hotel is right in the middle of the incredibly interesting Punk City. We highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely, clean and peaceful escape from the chaos outside. The rooms lead off a beautifully tiled inner courtyard and ours was spacious and spotless. Poorvi was friendly and super helpful. I can highly recommend this as the perfect place to stay in Jaipur.

A real retreat in the city. During the day not possible to come with a car. The place is clean by European standard, the host family lives on the first floor the guest rooms are on the ground floor. The sleeping quality is excellent, the temperature is agreable, unlike many other hotels in winter time

Very well appointed room, nice ambience, aesthetically decorated with full modern amenities yet a homely feel. We loved the warm welcome, hospitality and local guidance received from the hosts. Prompt service, care and consideration for the guests needs made our stay memorable. Thanks to Prakhar, Purvi, Rashmi aunty, Uncle and Bhupendra ji for making it that way. What inconvenience the location caused due to non availability of parking spaces, congested, narrow lanes amidst the Tripolia Bazar at the heart of the Pink city was more than made up by the Services offered by the hosts, a very very memorable homestay experience! We would love to come back!

We had a great stay! Location - short walking distance from the city place, shops and markets. Very comfortable rooms, clean and comfortable. But best of all is Poorvi, the host, which was always available, providing good recommendations and help.

Wonderful place and wonderful host, super kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, staff were always available. Most landmarks are easily reachable within a 10 mins walk, making it a perfect place to visit the city. A true jewel!

The stay was just perfect! Beautiful and quiet inner courtyard with comfortable seating and books. The room was nicely furnished, very clean, modern and equipped with heating, AC and fan as well as hot running water in the bathroom. Also the bed was large and soft. I have had many stays in India and this was by far the best. I have never come across such facilities and cleanliness. I've only seen that in Switzerland. There is also a modern water dispenser in the room, which also has hot water for tea. The family is very nice, give recommendations and help immediately and bring a great breakfast on requested time. They also offer a laundry service. When I would ever go back to jaipur, I going to stay there no question. Thank you so much.

I Stayed with family. Prakhar and his staff were really helpful. They are excellent host. Rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious & Location is great. Most of the iconic places are nearby. Place is safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed the stay.
