Treebo Pink City Grand

Staff and service was very good, however the rooms were very old. The room needs some tender love and care.

I have stayed at Treebo Pink City Grand, Jaipur, multiple times. While my previous experience was marred by a stinking room due to cigarette odor, this time, my experience was far more distressing and has left me feeling scared. When I returned to the hotel earlier than usual after work, I found my room door wide open. To my shock, two young men, under the pretext of cleaning, were going through my personal belongings in the cupboard — including undergarments. I caught them red-handed. Their explanation was that the clothes had "fallen out." How could clothes possibly fall out of a closed cupboard? They then claimed they were dusting. Is it necessary to dust inside an occupied guest's cupboard? When I confronted them, their behavior was extremely rude and arrogant, leaving me feeling unsafe and violated. As a solo female traveler, I expect the hotel management to prioritize guest security and ensure incidents like this never happen. This experience has shaken my trust, and I can no longer recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room and washroom was well maintained. The food & beverages were well served & it was delicious. The stay was satisfactory. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Overall,I had a great experience with the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and amenities were great. The best hotel I've we ever been privileged enough to stay at gorgeous building and it only gets more breath taking when you walkin
