Smooth late check-in. The first room on the 5th floor corner han thundering AC sounds, so switched to rooms on floor 1, up the staircase only. The room was well designed but the linen was dirty with hair and soiled marks. The safe wasn't working. Both were taken care of in an 1hr. Tips were given, but housekeeping was a perennial problem, weather be towels or water. I guess the heyday of this hotel is passed. Breakfast was very basic and mediocre. All staff tried hard to please. 3.Stars for the Staff.

When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

I had a good time at this hotel, with excellent and helpful staff. Shalu in particular was a delightful girl. We also got to experience the new years celebration with other in house guests and the hotel staff at a nearby venue. That was my best New Year’s party! They accommodated guests very well and organised the event spectacularly.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff behavior was really good and appreciate it . Ms Kismat are very polite and humble and we have got the best service from hotel and their staff . Also hassle free checkin and the room quality are also very neat and maintained

Stayed in executive room. Very spacious Food was good…. Hospitality by Kismat Kumawat was excellent, she is very humble and served us food nicely…. Location of Hotel is very good. Accessible to main attractions. Staff is very polite and supportive.

Miss Kismat Kumar was very prompt and efficient. Loved how she served the guest . Love the restaurant setting . Neat and tidy , my first visit to Jaipur and Im very pleased . Really enjoyed the breakfast, what I loved the most was their buttermilk and lassi .

Excellent service by Ms. kismat kumawat from restaurant. Thanks to her . Near to Airport. Near to Gandhinagar railway station also. Room are spacious. Cost wise ok. breakfast buffet is ok. For a business trip this hotel is good due to its approximately to airport.
