Smooth late check-in. The first room on the 5th floor corner han thundering AC sounds, so switched to rooms on floor 1, up the staircase only. The room was well designed but the linen was dirty with hair and soiled marks. The safe wasn't working. Both were taken care of in an 1hr. Tips were given, but housekeeping was a perennial problem, weather be towels or water. I guess the heyday of this hotel is passed. Breakfast was very basic and mediocre. All staff tried hard to please. 3.Stars for the Staff.

When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

I had a good time at this hotel, with excellent and helpful staff. Shalu in particular was a delightful girl. We also got to experience the new years celebration with other in house guests and the hotel staff at a nearby venue. That was my best New Year’s party! They accommodated guests very well and organised the event spectacularly.

Facilities are too good, foods are delicious and roomas are fully senitized and stafs are to good And they talk very politically andwe found continental and English foods According to me you if you find opportunity for visit at jaipur then you stay at the thame hotel

It's really beautiful and nice the staff are so nice and cooperative especially komal she took care of what all is needed and provided us with all the things we required. The hotel was very beautiful rooms were very nice clean and hygienic .overall nice experience

During our recent visit, we had an excellent experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. A special mention goes to Kismat Kunwat, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our time there. From the moment we arrived, Kismat ensured that all our needs were met with efficiency and a warm smile. Her dedication to customer service was truly commendable. Whether it was assisting with our requests, providing prompt responses, or ensuring we were comfortable, she was always available and eager to help. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued, and Kismat did exactly that. What stood out the most was her professionalism and friendly approach, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist at any moment added a personal touch to our visit. Such exceptional service truly enhances the overall experience, and we are grateful for her efforts. We highly recommend this place, not just for its facilities but also for the amazing staff like Kismat Kunwat, who make every guest feel special. Looking forward to visiting again!
