Excellent service, staff are very helpful. Rooms are clean and the bed is so comfortable that I don’t want to get up. The breakfast is great. Quiet at night. I definitely will recommend it to anyone who is staying in Jaipur.

Booked 'Suite Room' for 3 on 30th Dec 2024 at Rs 14000 - Its a beautiful property, lot of common areas where you can capture some good moments. - Big size beds in the rooms. ========================================================================== - Its NOT a 5 star property. - Very disappointed with the Rooms. Booked from Agoda based on the room photos and the room given was totally different. Dont trust the photos on any of the booking sites. - All efforts are on making public areas beautiful, Rooms do not match with the public areas. - "Suit Rooms" are the most basic rooms they have. Rooms are very depressing and you cannot spend time in the rooms, Bathrooms are very small. We were told that its a Heritage property hence all rooms are different and allocated on arrival only. - We went to see Puppet Dance in the evening and were told that we had to pay for that. - We went out for dinner, staff entered the room without our permission to put on an additional bed, they should NOT be entering in rooms without Guest permission. - Its NOT a heritage property but built in a residential area to look like a heritage property. - Rooms are worth not more than Rs 3-4000, Only book if you get the rooms in this range only, definitely not worth Rs 14000. You can book a 5 star property at this price.

Loved the hotel with It’s friendly and professional staff … and the comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with their individual door padlocks!! A lovely hot shower room with plenty of hot water We tried both a la carte and buffet and enjoyed the food although I would say that desserts on the buffet were uninspired and cereals poor … but all in all international travellers should not have any concerns as to quality! The mix of modern and historical decor was fascinating and I would certainly be pleased to stay here again!

A beautiful character building: full of charm & original features. After a long journey we were made so welcome ( a little upgrade definitely helped) The room was spacious: clean & every thing we needed ( toiletries/ tea&coffee/ hairdryer etc) . On closer inspection a few bits were a little tired- but this adds to the charm. The pool area was perfect for a quick dip and plenty of towels and loungers. Breakfast was a little chaotic with coach parties- but the Indian omelet was delicious We are in the 5th floor dinning room both nights and had a variety of delicious vegetarian food- the staff were very knowledgeable about the food ( it was very dark though- needed a torch to read the menu) Finally on check out we were delighted with the bill for 2 meals and drinks in the bar were very affordable and the manager knew our names ( a nice touch) highly recommended for a colonial experience

All was perfect. Starting from awesome place (if you travel to Undia dont miss that authentic and oriental spot). Food, service, hospitality on the top level............................ ........................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was a hotel i was looking forward to staying at during our India adventure. And it exceeded my expectations, what an amazing place, we felt like we had stepped back in time & were living like royalty in this wonderful Havelli. The Manager & his staff at the front desk were outstanding, as was our waiter Sanjay. If in Jaipur i would stay nowhere else, great location 5⭐ from me 👍
