Room - Room full of sepages and fungal growth. Bathroom - Hand shower, corners, walls and drains were having fungal growth. you wont feel fresh after taking bath. At the entrance of the room ceilings were falling of and was smelling like decaying wood. Food - Forced to have food stale as it is strictly prohibited to eat outside food Whole corridore smelt like some rotten food. Wifi - Instead of giving the wifi password on there own you have to ask for it multiple times. after you get the password it will get expired and you have to keep asking for it. in 3 days of my stays i have to aske for password 8 times. so forget about attending any important meeting over wifi in this hotel. Service - After 11pm if you need any assistance mosty probably you will be denied siting some trivial issue Female receptionist had very rude behavious. She talks as if what ever you are tell holds no value, she acts as if she is doing favour listening to you and she has wasted time listening to you. Their beautifully decorated reception counter is just a outer cover under which lies are hidden. It is better to book lodge worth Rs 200/per day than to waste money over here

The service is of great quality, the food tastes really nice and fulfilling. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The gym is small but has weights and treadmill for a normal workout..

I stayed at Vesta International from 3rd to 7th February 2025, and it was truly a wonderful experience. One thing that stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was outstanding—always courteous, warm, and professional. A special mention to Aditya Sharma, who always had a smile and seemed genuinely invested in providing world-class service to guests. Shalini, Rani and Surendar Singh were simply the best! Though I couldn’t interact with everyone, I could see that the entire team was highly motivated and guest-centric. Rooms were well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The overall property was well-kept, and had a welcoming ambiance, making it a great place to unwind. Another great advantage is the hotel’s excellent location—conveniently situated with easy access to key attractions and transport facilities, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. I believe this level of service reflects the positive work culture, training, and employee-focused approach of the hotel management. Their efforts in creating such a welcoming and professional environment truly make a difference. The hotel itself was excellent, and I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel give us good accomodation with hygienic breakfast.... hotel location is so close to the rly.station....Car desk available at the hotel so easily book it for Jaipur sightseeing....I stay 3 days with my family...Shivji is helpful person...we enjoy our stay at hotel

I am staying here since last 10 days. I really liked the location, staff and services. Especially ShivRam Bell boy. The hotel even arranged the medicine for me as I got cold. Everything I liked about the hotel and service. The staff is polite and cooperative attending 24*7. Only one thing which i didn't appreciate is the dirty swimming pool. Their pools location is also very good but it's not maintained. Even when I informed them that pool water is very dirty and unhygienic, they didn't clean it. Many guests were going inside the pool with full clothes on. This must be taken care of . It's basis standard hygiene. Except that everything is amazing here.
