Unbelievable, what an amazing place to stay near the centre of Jaipur but in a really quiet neighborhood. Words can't describe how blown away we were and the staff can't do enough for you. They have a great rooftop restaurant and pool as well. Can't wait to come back

I really loved staying here. It surpassed all my expectations and it's one of my favourite ever hotels, The staff treat you like family and they are always suggesting new things to do and new dishes to try. We're leaving Tommorow after three nights here and we can't wait to come back

Lovely traditional hotel, just outside of the pink city. Perfect location for a short stay in Jaipur. Rooftop pool, towels provided, was compact and chilly but welcome after long day of sightseeing. Food cooked to order, so quite a wait at times but very tasty when it arrived. Seen better breakfast buffets, but they will cook eggs (omelette, scrambled, fried) to order. A tour group had a dance lesson whilst we were there, quite entertaining.

This hotel may be OK in summer, in winter it is very cold, limited hot water and noisy rooms. A school trip vibe, not a heritage hotel it is also not good geographically a hike to attractions, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast staff were charming.

Beautiful boutique heritage hotel. Clean and with heritage structures in a great location. The food is absolutely amazing. Very impressed by the hospitality of the staff, esp Mr. Pooran Singh. Great care for all guests and individual attention. Loved our stay at Khandela Haveli.

I have visited Khandela Haveli at intervals over the past 10 years and it consistently gives good value and excellent service. The hotel, in a quiet residential area but close to the centre of Jaipur, provides all the features you could want in a hotel: rooftop restaurant and pool; fridge and safe in rooms; clean and comfortable furnishings; good wifi and plentiful hot water. The staff are helpful and able to arrange taxis and transfers if needed.

Didn't know about the property as a Royal one, but surely assumed it when we got an warm welcome at the reception during our checkin at 1AM at night. It was really the proper headstart for our long Rajasthan trip, with a perfect room to get Royal stay experience. Food quality at the restaurant downstairs was a nice one. Staffs were polite and professional, but one of them was more busy with the foreign tourists, and ignoring our requests, hence we had to go to other staffs to avoid embarrassment. I think the Royal stay of the guests should be perfect througout the property premises, and that should be taken care by hotel management. Location of the property is near the rail station, and just about five minutes away. The primary tourist spots of Jaipur are about 15 minutes by car from the property, but can be easily accessible via arranged car. Surroundings of the property is a residential area, and a bit lonely also. Overall it was a perfect start of our trip.

The ambience gives you a royal feeling. The pool, rooms and staff all were excellent and made our stay memorable. The host personally makes sure that you have the best stay and goes out of the way to make it happen too. We stayed for 2 days but we at the end we wanted to stay more.
