I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Pluit during a business trip and overall found it to be a convenient and well‑priced option. The location is excellent—it’s literally above Emporium Pluit Mall, offering endless dining and retail choices right downstairs. The staff were courteous and efficient, from reception to breakfast service.

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were quite comfortable. I noticed many Chinese tourists and business travelers staying there. The price was reasonable. However, the airport shuttle service recommended by the front desk, which was a hotel partner, charged 200,000 and was non-negotiable. I found it to be a little expensive.

The birth of the hotel is okay, spacious parking, looking for food is very easy, there are definitely lots of food sellers downstairs, the AC is cold, the hot water is warm. Very clean

The hotel is close to the highway, making it very convenient for getting to and from the airport, downtown, and Pik District. It's located at the golden intersection of all three. The hotel is about the same distance from all three destinations, making it very convenient. The port is also only about a 10-minute drive away. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and diligently answered all my questions, even offering a thank you. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The TV was new, with a large screen and what looked like YouTube Premium, allowing for music and videos. The downside was that typing on the TV was a bit of a hassle. The bathroom was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect experience. For the price, staying in such a great hotel is a real bargain. Thanks again to all the staff. I don't know why the hotel smells so bad. The room on the 6th floor feels very narrow because of the layout.

Really good hotel, we have enjoyed our one night stay. Close to many resto, fastfood places. The hotel is new and everything was perfect, clean and quiet.

I recently booked a stay at Mercure Jakarta Pantai Indah Kapuk for my boss during his business trip to Jakarta. We picked our stay here because we wanted to visit PIK before our flight back home. The room was spacious and simple. We loved the idea of refilling water from the lift lobby. There’s a gachapon/pop mart/ figurine shop just downstairs. My children went crazy there. There is a bustop right outside the hotel to get to PIK but I think you need a special card for that. The traffic can be quite bad during the holidays. We had to take Gojek bike to avoid getting stuck. Perfect place to stay if you want to just come here for PIK. And also for fast airport transfer, and avoid the jam to the airport. It is worth it!

My 4th stay, definitely one of the best hotel in Jakarta. Conveniently located beside PIK Avenue and only 15mins from airport. One of the highlight is their breakfast which is full of variety. Hotel room is very big and clean. The only downside is the shower does not have door therefore water always spill out

For family with elderly and young children, location is not ideal but it's not that bad if it's just for adults. Even though it's a non-smoking room, when we checked in, the smoke smell is quite strong. Issue is with the guests before, not the hotel. Overall a good stay and will stay there again. The pool is fantastic.
