Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com.
Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room).
Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved.
For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there.
breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.
I've stayed at this hotel several times, and it has always been a great experience. The rooms and bathrooms are consistently clean and well-maintained. Since I had activities outside and checked in late, I asked if a late checkout was possible, and they kindly accommodated my request. The staff is friendly and helpful, always making sure guests feel comfortable. True to its name, TEDUH, every time I stay here, I feel super relaxed and end up falling asleep easily and having a great night's rest.

Good hotel for their level. Rooms are big and clean enough. There is a kitchen in every floors. The staffs are friendly, responsive and informative. Listening your comments. The location is strategic, with convenience store nearby. Easy access for public transport too. Overall, it is a good hotel.
This inn is indeed a bit into an alley, but it's still better for 1 car to enter..
In my opinion, staying here is worth it, for that price, there are parking facilities, there is a bathtub in the bathroom, where there is a stove and a refrigerator, oy😂 There should be snacks and drinks too (according to the receptionist) but it seems like the hotel forgot to store them in the room (but snacks and drinks are paid, oy, luckily there weren't any in my room 🤣)
Although the hotel forgot to provide toiletries, but it's okay... I can still forgive them because the inn is very clean and tidy😂
WiFi cannot be used, using Samsung Note 10+ mobile phone and macbook pro can't enter the provided hotspot. Contacted the clerk, he couldn't calculate it.
Review: 3.5/5
My stay was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
I order for 1 night stay standard room, but because some trouble they give me premium room (upgrade room for free).
The negative thing is when I enter that room, floor still little wet, like they doesn't peel and clean that, wardrobe full of waste and food waste (you can see picture 11) and because of that I am not surr they change the bed sheet or not (but bed sheet still pretty clean).
Positive thing:
1. I get upgrade room and balcony for free
2. Entertainment channel televisin very good for low budget hotel
3. Building look new and modern
4. Check in check out process is easy
5. Near Ragunan Zoo and Ragunan Shuttle Bus
6. Amenities near completed, minus face sheet
Overall good hotel with price USD 17-19, but need very big improvement on cleanliness.
With a stay at Ampera Avenue Residence in Jakarta (Ragunan), you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Blok M Square and Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. This hotel is 7.1 mi (11.4 km) from Gelora Bung Karno Stadium and 7.7 mi (12.3 km) from Grand Indonesia.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a terrace and a garden.
Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 29 air-conditioned rooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Bathrooms have showers and slippers. Conveniences include desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.
AAnonymous UserThe place is a bit uncomfortable if it is for a group because the air conditioning doesn't reach the bed, the furniture is old, and the cleanliness is lacking. If it's just for one night, it's quite decent to stay in.
