They cancelled our reservation and kept our money. They are scammers. They have good reviews on Booking because you can only leave a review if you have completed your stay there. If they charge you part of the stay early, they cancel the reservation and don't refund the money, they simply scam you and don't let us leave a review. You only have to look at the latest reviews on other sites. It's their way of working. I hope more people see this so they don't get scammed.

Poorly maintained hotel. Not suitable for families with children because the lack of maintenance makes some places dangerous. Many water leaks. Average breakfast. Deplorable quality of service, no follow-up. Located on the least beautiful part of Jambiani, the most concreted. Very poor value for money.
