Fab hotel, good breakfast and food. Great local eateries close by as on edge of Chinatown and riverfront just 5 min walk away with lots going on

The bathroom was not at all clean. The overall room needs to be developed. The room too small. My experience was not good at this hotel was not good. They did not give toiletries also. There was no scope for ventilation also. The floor was not cleaned properly. The dustbin was dirty.

slow room service and food quality pathetic - we didnt have the breakfast still no refund given against request raised by our guests and also charged extra than reflecting online. should not be trusted basis the commitments given at the time of booking.

totally Understand hygienic property. cockroach are every where in room.
No proper Wash room. zero Maintenance.
breakfast food quality was okay but limited items with few option.
I would not prefer next time to stay here

Food is being carried out from other location. Breakfast is not available on time after regular reminder. Entertainment facility (tv) is not good conditions. After asking to regular water. Receptionist replied that cooler is putted out side. That reflects very poor services.

The rooms have no windows and are too small to accommodate. The odour stays with you during your stay at the hotel due to no ventilation in winter. The location is also odd and not convenient to access other parts of the city. Though Hotel staff are co operative and helpful.
