For now they have one bedroom and two bedroom villa operational..soon they will start executive rooms which is base category of the property. Spacious room with a living and dining. Bang on. Front office staff extremely sweet team. Gill a very charming girl at front office, Apurva is simply best in her profile as relationship manager, she could immediately connect with my daughter and my daughter still misses her, Gill and Shraddha. So when a kid gives a compliment surely they all are special. Shraddha again very sweet girl at front office. Restaurant - Food is highlight, fantastic food with range of choice. Bang on. Aanchal is powerful staff at restaurant, we were highly highly impressed how solely she was taking care of guest, their requirements as well as clearing all the tables. Extremely patient girl, Aanchal you are an asset to HAWTHORN. Way to go girl. Sagar - Thank you for specially coming to us and taking feedback. Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

Everything in the room & bathroom is well-maintained & works properly. A rooftop restaurant with a rich menu & good taste adds considerable value. The reception & room service is also very professional, polite & supportive. Hotel management seems to be very much focused towards customer care...... like they offer a round the clock menu....they serve tea/coffee in thermos-flask..all services are with smiles & a decent staff-uniform. Cleanliness & hygin is visible in the entire property. Sufficient perking space with security guard. You feel like you are in a 5-star hotel.......... real value for money. Highly recommended.
