Very kind and professional staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty options to choose from. Prices are reasonable, beer is cold and available. We had put up for couple of Days last week in The Sonnet , Jamshedpur. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay . Food at Equinox + Cinnamon was too good , special thanks to Chef Supratim for ultimate Egg Rolls and Mixed Pasta served at room. Cinnamon staff for very polite , courteous and superb . ( Mr Soumitro & Buddheswar and the lady . In addition at reception Mr Aman , Mr Reshav & Mr Satwinder were pro and helpful as well. Overall a wonderful and pleasant stay. I stayed for 4 days at the hotel. It was a very friendly and great service by the restaurant staff, especially Leela, Nitish, Sumitra, and Mamuni. The food on buffet and menu were decent too. Some great choices. Great room service too. Excellent and highly recommended.

In a country famous for great service, the team at the Sonnet sets a new standard. We opted against a newer property in favor of the Sonnet because of a friend’s recommendation and we were blown away by how incredible the staff like Ganesh and Tapas were. This was my first time in India (from the US) and I’m just blown away by how well run this entire hotel is. The food service (room service, restaurant, and the catering for our event) were incredible. Thank you so much!!

We celebrated my elder brother’s 80th birthday on 1st January. The food was fabulous in terms of variety and taste. Chicken 65, Champaran Mutton and Lemon Fish were outstanding. The service was mind blowing. Mr Sandeep Pandey and his very capable team took special care of us.

Everything's were good , thank you Tapas and Ganesh rajak in reception and Dhanesh in house keeping Thank you all again We have enjoyed our stay Nice hotel and rooms are good We will be again here next time Food are very nice specifically buffet breakfast Also enjoy our lunch and dinner
