We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was a breeze. The staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating, and did everything with a smile on their faces. Located in the middle of a bustling market, the property is clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was modern and functional. Housekeeping replenishes fruit juices and a few slices of tea cakes every day - a small step a guest will appreciate. The breakfast buffet was also decent - breads, eggs, poori-bhaji, idli-sambar, garlic potatoes among other things on a rotating basis, with parathas if you want them. The dining room service staff were affable and very helpful as well. All in all, i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travel-ling to jamshedpur. Money well spent!

Location is good. Swimming pool is not at all maintained well . Restaurant staffs are very good but other staffs are not at all well trained.

One of the best hotels in the area, next to Ramada, this hotel room is large, but the facilities are older than the Ramada, the price can be a little cheaper, because there are not many good local hotels, more weekend parties, and occasionally catch the wedding The service staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is still ok, but basically no change, the overall is quite satisfactory!

The hotel was great, rooms are decent big enough, morning buffet and hospitality were top notch. Especially the folks at the reception were great in helping me with a last minute change.

This is a very average hotel with untrained staff, poorly managed kitchen, untidy linens and smelly rooms. There are barely any choices for buffet breakfast and you have to wait long for getting breads, puri etc. To accompany the veg curry. Same for tea-coffee. There is no parking area and since the hotel is located slightly away from the main road, you have to walk a while with your luggages to get autos etc. At the time of departure, the hotel staff won't assist you in getting an auto near the entrance. Lastly the lift is very old fashioned with collapsible gates and loud musical announcements that can disturb you till late night every time it passes your floor!

The hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Public transportation is nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The amenities were top-notch. The room was clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials such as a comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. From check-in to check-out, they made sure my stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
