Hotel Bel’ Air is at the edge of the village towards Barcelonnette. Jausiers isn’t blessed with bars so it is useful to know that hotels like this give added choice. Whenever we are in Jausiers this is a favoured calling point for good service and crisp, cold beer.

We came there a Monday night for a dinner. The place had 2/3 of their tables free but we were told that they were full and unable to serve us. This assertion was obviously a lie but the most upsetting fact was the tone to tell us. Rude as their neighbour (another restaurant next door)

I returned to this hotel a year later, on my way back to Paris by motorbike through the mountains. Booking was still easy over the phone, and the welcome was warm. It's a family business spanning three generations. The rooms are very simple but clean, the bed comfortable, and the food is perfect, with a beautiful presentation of generous dishes at a low price. Parking at the back, sunny terrace. The clientele is also pleasant. Of course, I highly recommend it.

Nice reception and service. The rooms are very small, the dinner was good, and the staff was very friendly. We were just passing through, and it was fine for one night. The laundry service for our sports gear and a locked room for our bicycles are practical.

Super accueil. Parking moto sécurisé. Chambre confortable et très propre. Patron et personnel vraiment très sympas. Bon petit dej' et repas du soir cuisinés avec des produits frais. Venus pour 8 jours avec mon épouse pour parcourir la region en moto. Malheureusement, nous avons dû écourter notre séjour suite à un accident. Mais c'est sûr, nous y reviendrons.

Très bonne halte après plusieurs cols effectués en moto et avant de faire le col de Vars le lendemain. J'ai bien dormi et très bien mangé, cuisine excellente et accueil chaleureux, parking arrière. Je recommande cette halte.

Nuit étape dans notre roadtrip moto des grand cols ; hôtel dans son jus mais très agréable, propre et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est appréciable. Après un accueil très peu sympathique à notre arrivée qui nous a refroidi (nous avons même préféré de ce fait dîner au village...) , le Mr du petit déjeuner et du règlement du lendemain matin nous a adouci... Le parking privé et gratuit est un vrai plus. Je recommande !

Se proposant comme étape sur la route des Grandes Alpes, cet hôtel est un très bon choix. L'accueil est sympa, les prestation sont tout à fait en adéquation avec le tarif fixé et détail qui ne trompe pas: de très nombreux motards avaient optés pour cet établissement.
