Open concept living space with 3 bedrooms, and 3 full Baths (each bedroom has it's own bathroom). Large kitchen with a gas range, and bar seating. 6+ person dining table, large sectional couch to fit all guests. Bedroom one features twin over full bunkbeds, connected to a bathroom with shower. Bedroom two features a queen bed closet and water views. It's connected to a full bathroom. Bedroom three is the master suite located on the second floor. This bedroom features a king bed and a sleeper couch in the adjacent living area. The bathoom includes a large shower along with a single person jetted tub. There is a small deck off the bedroom overlooking the Jay River. This is a very large private rental only 2 miles from the mountain. Wonderful Stay Close to Jay Peak
We had an awesome stay at this property! The communication with the host was fantastic. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook at home and be cozy in a snowstorm. The house is very spacious and comfortable. It is minutes from Jay and very conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great Property!
Great place to stay for a Jay Peak visit. It's 5 minutes from the mountain. It's clean with plenty of space and sleeping arrangements, and Jesse is super nice and quick and efficient with communication. Highly recommend.

Weekend Hockey Tournament
Very convenient to resort and rinks. The space was a comfortable and relaxing space to return to to rest between games and after the water park!
