Amazing gym with all the equipment you need with a nice city view the membership is 2500SR/year if you want to pay monthly and 2000SR if you pay 6 months in advance I recommend it 100% nice staff with an amazing smile always.

The breakfast might be an epidemic. There are many locals, and it's basically Arab style, but you can eat it anyway. Tableware, pots and pans are available, home appliances are good, and very new, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric ceramic stove, other hair dryers, irons are also OK. The network is also very fast. The only complaint is that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the underground garage is hotter than the outdoors. Every day someone comes to change bed sheets and bath towels. In short, it is quite comfortable for business travel, and the price is small.

The room is large, the bed and pillows are really comfortable. The toilet and bathroom are on the left when you enter the door, and the room is on the right past the wardrobe. The wet and dry separation is very crisp. The coffee shop on the first floor is also very convenient for talking about things. It is a short straight-line distance from the seaside, but it is surrounded by people outside, so it is quite circuitous to walk there, so it is still a bit far.

I must commend the hotel for maintaining the highest standards of service over the many years (20) I have been staying there on business. A lot of this is down to the dedication and attention to detail provided by the staff - especially those who have loyally worked in the hotel for years. I want in particular to highlight the personal attention and service that Mr Aslam provides not just to me but to every customer. He is a real ambassador for the hotel. A star!

Very yummy foods very good karaoke set up.Very accomodating staff especially Maria Jake and Roel they are so kind and they made our party memorable..Highly recommended Hotel for Kabayan Sheraton Night. Location is fit to stay with.85 DR is really affordable price and delicious food

First time for me in Jeddah. Wonderful and tranquil city. This hotel I believe is the best in town. Perfect location and perfect staff. Especially Jameela, great customer service. This hotel has it all, super breakfast with amazing Chef Abed, super Spa, over The top rooms, amazingly clean. Also to mention the sports bar. The person working there is incredible. 1. The hotel location is excellent and is close to most sites and easily accessible. 2. The wing is wide and beautiful, but the water cycle is a little narrow, 3. The situations are a little narrow, 4. The reception staff is excellent, 5. The breakfast needs diversification.

Came here with my son and had an excellent stay - I recommend staying here. Beautiful property right on the water, with an excellent buffet breakfast and really nice service. We stayed in the Prince's Suite which was a huge and had a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the water. The gym was excellent with very very heavy weights. One of the best gyms I've seen in a hotel. Only problem with gym I'd they never turned in sauna so had to wait 30 minutes even in middle of day (and they never offered) so couldn't use. Other problem with gym and pool was that it was unisex - that'll be a problem if you want a family, mixed gender vacation. Many of the newer hotels in Saudi are mixed gender, this one isn't which would be a problem if I brought the whole family. Staff even called me after I returned home to get feedback about the property. Although I loved my stay and would come back, to be fair - the property definitely needs a renovation. Not all the power plugs work, the doors don't close properly and need a heavy shove. Little things like that show age even though it is a well maintained property. Despite the age and need of renovation, I'll stay here again and recommend it because of service and location

The Hotel with the Arabic touch outside the Old City grabt our attention from the beginning. Finally it was the right choice to stay there for our two nights in Jeddah. Friendliness, professionalism, service and cleanliness was just great and can only be recommended. Have taken Uber to hit the Old City.
