It was our first visit to this nice hotel. The room was very good. The view not perfect because buildings have to be develoyed. The restaurant for breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the food a d drinks very much. The support especially for my wife for lactose free was very helpfull. The eggman was great. All the service people were nice with good support of the manager who was very nice to use. The final part the take away made very precisely complete it! Good pool and fitness!

Airy, bright modern hotel with spacious rooms, comfy beds and pillows, breakfast is amazing , with so many choices. The hotel staff work incredibly hard and cannot do enough to help make your stay perfect. Easy to get to all main parts of the city also.

I've just spent 6 weeks here and it has been a pleasure. Everything is done well The beds are very comfortable, inside spacious, well equipped rooms. The terrace and pool is a lovely space. Breakfast is wide ranging and delicious. But it's the staff that make it....friendly, helpful, attentive and I feel like they have become friends in my time here. Looking forward to staying here again in a few weeks time

I travel quite a lot and stay a lot in hotels in the last few weeks alone Istanbul, Toronto,Chicago and Monte Carlo. I have to say the service and friendliness of the staff was amazing and nothing was too much trouble at the Voco. The quality of the room and cleanliness and also the location was wonderful. I would definitely come back as this trip was a holiday and not work. A special mention for Fazil Ameer who went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time during our stay. Your a star Fazil. You won’t regret coming here and it’s only been open a few months. Thank you everyone at the Voco Jeddah gate hope to see you again.

Nice upgraded room but wasn’t aware the hotel is in “soft opening”, Not all amenities were open and staff were still in training. There is not much else in the vicinity of the hotel at the moment. Breakfast was ok, didn’t have evening meal. Swimming pool cold.
