I've just spent 6 weeks here and it has been a pleasure. Everything is done well The beds are very comfortable, inside spacious, well equipped rooms. The terrace and pool is a lovely space. Breakfast is wide ranging and delicious. But it's the staff that make it....friendly, helpful, attentive and I feel like they have become friends in my time here. Looking forward to staying here again in a few weeks time

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of the hotel. IHG always feels like a second home to me, and I recommend everyone to try it Voco Jeddah atleast once. If they charge, they certainly deliver, especially with Mr. Ahmed Mahfouz around. I’ve known him for over 5–6 years, and he recently transitioned from another IHG property to this one. I continue to follow his work because I know that when he’s managing, there’s no chance of disappointment. Mr. Mahfouz makes every guest feel genuinely valued, creating a personal connection that goes beyond being part of the IHG brand. You truly feel like his guest, not just a guest of the hotel.
