I arrived at the hotel at 3 pm, the official check-in time, and we did not enter until 8 pm yesterday, 1/24/2025, where we stayed for five hours under the pretext that the suite was not ready only, and the receptionist promised to correct that and compensate him and the supervisor, but he did nothing, and the supervisor was not even present. When the water was turned on in the jacuzzi in the suite overlooking the sea, the water was yellow and dead moss and algae were coming out of the jacuzzi holes. I proved that to them, and the employee came and promised to satisfy me and my family, but he did not do so. This is my experience, meaning I paid more than 1,700 riyals in a place that does not deserve that.
