"The room was great and very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. One thing however, was that I was billed twice. Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again."

To be honest, the hygiene of hotels at this price is not too bad.
The front desk service is really great. It was my first time in Jeddah, and I asked a lot of questions. Which restaurant is better, where is the best shopping... Ms. Moluk Alabbasi at the front desk communicated with me very patiently. I also listened to her advice and ate very delicious local Arabic food and bought cheap and beautiful clothes.
The hotel is really gorgeous! It looks super grand from the outside! It is also very convenient to go to the local supermarket!
I stayed in Assila later, which is really not good. Although women can swim in public places, other services are so-so.
Ritz has no swimming pool or sauna. If you want a massage or something, they don't have it at the moment. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and food
I will definitely stay at Ritz Carlton next time I come

ازعاج لاونج تحت حتى آخر الليل واضح ان العزل سئ
أرضيات الغرف فيها بقع تحتاج إلى نظافة اكثر
مافيه مجفف شعر وطلبنا لكن للأسف من بكره جابوه لنا
تاخير في تسجيل الدخول بعد ٦ م والإزعاج من ١٠ ص للتنبيه للخروج

GGuest UserThe location is not far from the King's Fountain, which is a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast is good and the gym is great, which is very good for similar hotels. The wifi signal in some rooms is not very good.

NNordenHotel in a very good location, right in front of a shopping bazaar, everything nearby, next to McDonald's and KFC but also a d'ère restaurants..Aparthotel nothing special, just a little lacking in kitchen facilities, otherwise everything there..Service could be a bit better, I wanted to pay twice, only after I had called my broker and showed them my Paypal transfer did I get confirmation from the manager. So I had to wait with my family in the somewhat lavish foyer after an hours-long drive through the desert, there was no apology or anything like that..Never ever is my motto@@@@Miracle

I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!

YYexiaoyiThe front desk staff is very nice and can communicate in English. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the price is very cost-effective. There are many restaurants nearby and it is very close to the beach. You can walk to the beach and see the Jeddah fountain at night. There is a big supermarket across the main road with a full range of things. You can buy zimzim water and ajwan dates.
