"There are not many shops around the building, but I think more will be added in the future.
The electricity in the room is shut off every day during the day, which bothers me."
"A great service both at check in and check out. I enjoyed the clean and new shower and kitchen facilities in the room. The bed was very comfortable and large."
"The room was clean, and I've always been a fan of Ibis hotels. Breakfast was plentiful, but a bit on the expensive side.
Facilities: Well-equipped
Cleanliness: Good
Environment: Pleasant
Service: Acceptable
I've stayed here multiple times. The prices during summer vacation are reasonable, but it can be a bit expensive during other times."
"It was very nice staying. We were seeking staycation with family. So we could achieve it. Hotel is a bit old but very clean and well organized. And room is renovated. Valet was also good. However, kids cannot use indoor pool. Only outdoor pool is available for all family members. But I could enjoy my own time at sauna. Food also amazing."
"We were friendly received by the receptionist oldane and staff mizanon. The security officers are also friendly. The room was clean. Good Wi-Fi at the room and in the hotel. You can even check out until 14:00 and think with you. A large shopping mall at walking distance. In short, a fine hotel with good location with friendly people. A recommender!"
"I visited for the first time because of a business trip abroad.
It wasn't the main building, but the building next door.
The facilities weren't the latest, but they were clean.
I ate dinner at the hotel because of the travel time to go downtown.
The food was okay. ㅎㅎ
I also paid for breakfast separately (no discount if you don't pay in advance).
They took a deposit similar to the accommodation fee. TT
It hasn't been cancelled even after 2 days. ㅎㅎ"
"Absolutely it was a great decision that we booked this hotel. I didn’t find any negative side in the hotel. Bigger room with spacious bathroom & excellent breakfast. The employees are very professional. Such a lovely place to spend holiday. Definitely we'll stay again whener we'll visit Jeddah"
GGuest UserThe location was very convenient and the hotel staff were very friendly. Amazing breakfast and overall the whole experience was outstanding. Would definitely come again.
AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, and the Red Sea is about 100 meters away.
Facilities: Not bad, and the room is big. The mattress is really soft and has good support. This Simmons mattress is the most comfortable I have ever slept on in my life. The last photo is the view from the window, and the Red Sea is not far away.
TTraveler2The hotel’s location was excellent, centrally situated near the water and directly across from the Jeddah Fountain. My room was comfortable and featured a balcony, adding to the experience. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious food with ample dining space. The gym was well-equipped and impressively spacious.
YYangjie YangAt first, I was given a smoking room. After entering, I felt the smell was very strong, so I went to the front desk to change it. It was very convenient.
The room was large and had a very comfortable sofa.
The breakfast was rich and the fruit salad was delicious.
AAhmed111The room was big but the Toilette was abit not maintained as the ceiling was almost falling i am talking about room number 416 if the hotel want zo check it also the Toilette door handle was almost going to fall the reception guys are ok but i expect them to be more welcoming
AAibeiSecond time staying here, the location is very good, mainly close to Chinese restaurants, a five-minute walk. Everything is good, but there is construction outside the window. A large car came at two in the morning, making a huge noise and affecting my sleep. I hope this won't happen again next time.
GGuest UserThis seems to be a newly opened hotel.
Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day.
Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion.
Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available.
Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as:
• Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely
• Providing standard amenities in the rooms
• Making water or tea available in reception
• Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café
The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations.
GGuest UserI stayed this hotel for 11 days for Biz trip.
The room is big enough and clean. I don't use breakfast but Mcdonald's, KFC, Nahdi, Starbucks are very near.
Across the street, there is big market place. I could also use supermarket in the Gold moor mall which is located 10 min. walk.
I will use this Mirada purple next time.
GGuest UserThis is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.
