Excellent service, very clean. Great happy hour on Wednesday. I would stay here any toline I am in Louisville. Rooms are spacious and well kept and quiet. Breakfast is good and the fruit is fresh. Highly recommended for business or family trips

We were a group of 4 in town for a conference. While at breakfast we realized we did not have a black table cloth for our table at the conference so we just asked one of the staff if she thought they had one we could use.- the conference was right next door to hotel. She said she would check with manager. A few moments later, Melody, head of sales, insisted she go and find us one. While we assured her that was not necessary and we would take care of she would not have it. It was like her mission to get this for us. I think she went to 2 stores and then called a friend that had one we could use. She immediately came back to hotel to deliver it to us as we were walking out the door. We were blown away- her response was “we are family here and that’s what we do”. She saw a need and filled it, going well above and beyond her duties. All of the staff are like this. So gracious and kind at all times! I would highly Recommend and will be staying here every year for the conference.

Upon arriving at my room (#442) on the evening of August 20, I was hopeful for a comfortable night's rest. However, within 20 minutes of laying down, I was horrified to discover a significant number of bed bugs crawling onto the pillow and bed. In response to this alarming discovery, I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue. The attendant who assisted me was courteous and provided me with an alternative room. However, it became evident that the staff were ill-prepared to handle such a situation, as no proper procedure was followed to address the bed bug infestation. This lack of preparedness and knowledge only added to my distress and frustration. The problems did not end there. In the new room (#445), I encountered multiple additional issues that made my stay even more uncomfortable. The toilet in the new room emitted constant noises throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. Furthermore, I was unable to rest until 3am due to the fear of inadvertently carrying bed bugs with me. I spent a significant amount of time cleaning both myself and my belongings to ensure I did not inadvertently transport any pests. Additionally, I noticed a stain on the mattress cover in the new room. While I did not request a replacement mattress cover due to the late hour, it was disappointing to find such an oversight in the cleanliness of the accommodations. Perhaps the most concerning aspect of my experience was witnessing the lack of awareness regarding the bed bug infestation from the housekeeping staff the following morning. I observed two cleaning personnel attending to the infested room as part of their regular routine, seemingly unaware of the situation. This oversight raises serious concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and the training provided to your staff. I sincerely hope that this draws your attention to the urgent need for improved training, procedures, and accountability within your establishment. As a guest, I expected a comfortable and safe environment during my stay, which unfortunately was far from the reality I experienced. Furthermore, I wish to highlight the substantial impact these issues had on my intended business trip. Our company specializes in clothing, and due to the bed bug situation, we were compelled to cancel the entire trip from August 20-24. Given the nature of our business, the potential risk of bringing bed bugs to our clothing warehouse was not acceptable. As a result, we incurred significant financial losses due to flight, accommodation, other expenses, and the wasted time of our team members. This unfortunate sequence of events not only caused financial strain but also disrupted our professional commitments and operations. It is my hope that by addressing these concerns, you will not only enhance the quality of your hotel's services but also acknowledge the tangible business-related setbacks that arose from this situation. They are all pretty good

Just here for one afternoon and night for PGA event at Valhalla golf course. Had a great check in experience once my brother and I opened the door to our room it was one king bed. Went back to the front desk explained we would like two queen beds the gentleman said we booked one king bed I said I’m sorry but could we get two queens. He looked had one available and said absolutely so he moved us no issues. Breakfast was great also. Good room, good rest, good breakfast.

I booked though a 3rd party. Unfortunately, the hotel never received it. No worries, as the front desk was accommodating! They gave us a room at a lower price than I booked with the 3rd party! Located across from the Kentucky Fair Grounds, it seemed to be a little sketch. But, wasn’t at all! Great staff, free breakfast (better than most!) and clean rooms! Only issue was the bathroom was in the Queen suite. My wife and I stayed on the pullout and had to tip toe in to the bedroom to use the bathroom, cuz we stayed with family. All in all, great price, location and staff! Close to I-65 too!

We had stayed at another property when passing through Louisville on previous visits but this time we decided to look for something away from the downtown area. Always a fan of Springhill Suites, we picked this in the airport area and were pleased we did. The staff, both evening and morning, was very welcoming and seemed happy we were there. When we asked for restaurant suggestions, we received a full sheet of options. Our room was spacious and clean. The morning breakfast fare was normal for a Springhill Suites, meaning there was plenty to eat and it was good. I woke up early and walked around the area on a pleasant morning, coming away with the feeling the location was a safe one. We will be back.

The hotel is known as a four-star hotel, the hotel is located near the airport, there is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off passengers to and from the airport, the most convenient to live here. But perhaps it is different from the specific room selected. I chose the best price for a double room, with no small refrigerator, microwave and ironing facilities in the regular hotel. There are few restaurants and service companies within walking distance of the hotel, and it is somewhat inconvenient to have no vehicles of their own. The service of the hotel is acceptable, but it is not a buffet breakfast every day (except Saturday). The hygiene of the hotel meets the standards of a four-star hotel. Friends who recommend traveling on business or self-driving tours can choose to stay.
